لَّا مِنَ إِلَّا مَن ﴿١٤٨﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

Allah does not like the public mention of evil except by one who has been wronged. And ever is Allah Hearing and Knowing.

یکی از موارد جواز غیبت

مفسران در ذیل این آیه گفته‌اند: استثنایی که خداوند در این آیه فرموده - یعنی به کسی که به او ستم شده» اجازه داده که بدی‌های ستمگر را اظهار کند -به این معنی نیست که مظلوم اجازه دارد تمام بدی‌های ظالم را به هر نحو اعلام کند و به قول معروف» هرچه از دهانش در آمده به او بگوید؛ بلکه به این معناست که کسی که به او ظلم شده» اجازه دارد در همان مورد خاص سکوت نکند و برای گرفتن حقش» بدی و ظلم ظالم را با صدای بلند آشکار کند و صفات بد او را که با ظلم او ارتباط داردء به زبان آورد. مفسران و فقها از این آیه استفاده کرده‌اند که یکی از موارد جواز غیبتء» دادخواهی و اعلام مظلومیت است.

  • وَمَن يَهْدِ ٱللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُۥ مِن مُّضِلٍّ أَلَيْسَ ٱللَّهُ بِعَزِيزٍ ذِى ٱنتِقَامٍ

    And whoever Allah guides - for him there is no misleader. Is not Allah Exalted in Might and Owner of Retribution?

  • فَمَنْ خَافَ مِن مُّوصٍ جَنَفًا أَوْ إِثْمًا فَأَصْلَحَ بَيْنَهُمْ فَلَآ إِثْمَ عَلَيْهِ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ

    But if one fears from the bequeather [some] error or sin and corrects that which is between them, there is no sin upon him. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.

  • وَيُحِقُّ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْحَقَّ بِكَلِمَٰتِهِۦ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَ

    And Allah will establish the truth by His words, even if the criminals dislike it."

  • وَمَا كَانَ ٱللَّهُ لِيُضِلَّ قَوْمًۢا بَعْدَ إِذْ هَدَىٰهُمْ حَتَّىٰ يُبَيِّنَ لَهُم مَّا يَتَّقُونَ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِكُلِّ شَىْءٍ عَلِيمٌ

    And Allah would not let a people stray after He has guided them until He makes clear to them what they should avoid. Indeed, Allah is Knowing of all things.
