She said, "Indeed kings - when they enter a city, they ruin it and render the honored of its people humbled. And thus do they do.

She said, ‘Indeed when kings enter a town, they devastate it, and make the mightiest of its people the weakest. That is how they act.

She said: Lo! kings, when they enter a township, ruin it and make the honour of its people shame. Thus will they do.

She said: "Kings, when they enter a country, despoil it, and make the noblest of its people its meanest thus do they behave.

She said, 'Kings, when they enter a city, disorder it and make the mighty ones of its inhabitants abased. Even so they too will do.

گفت: همانا پادشاهان هنگامی که [با ابزار، ادوات جنگی و سپاهی رزمی] وارد شهری می شوند، آن را تباه می کنند و عزیزان اهلش را به ذلت و خواری می نشانند و [آنان] همواره چنین می کنند!

[ملکه‌] گفت: «پادشاهان چون به شهری درآیند، آن را تباه و عزیزانش را خوار می‌گردانند، و این گونه می‌کنند.»

Dia berkata: "Sesungguhnya raja-raja apabila memasuki suatu negeri, niscaya mereka membinasakannya, dan menjadikan penduduknya yang mulia jadi hina; dan demikian pulalah yang akan mereka perbuat.

اس نے کہا کہ بادشاہ جب کسی علاقہ میں داخل ہوتے ہیں تو بستی کو ویران کردیتے ہیں اور صاحبانِ عزّت کو ذلیل کردیتے ہیں اور ان کا یہی طریقہ کار ہوتا ہے

সে বলল, রাজা বাদশারা যখন কোন জনপদে প্রবেশ করে, তখন তাকে বিপর্যস্ত করে দেয় এবং সেখানকার সম্ভ্রান্ত ব্যক্তিবর্গকে অপদস্থ করে। তারাও এরূপই করবে।
