They ask you, [O Muhammad], what they should spend. Say, "Whatever you spend of good is [to be] for parents and relatives and orphans and the needy and the traveler. And whatever you do of good - indeed, Allah is Knowing of it."

They ask you as to what they should spend. Say, ‘Let whatever wealth you spend be for the parents, relatives, orphans, the needy, and the traveller.’ Allah indeed knows whatever good you do.

They ask thee, (O Muhammad), what they shall spend. Say: that which ye spend for good (must go) to parents and near kindred and orphans and the needy and the wayfarer. And whatsoever good ye do, lo! Allah is Aware of it.

They ask thee what they should spend (In charity). Say: Whatever ye spend that is good, is for parents and kindred and orphans and those in want and for wayfarers. And whatever ye do that is good, -Allah knoweth it well.

They will question thee concerning what they should expend. Say: 'Whatsoever good you expend is for parents and kinsmen, orphans, the needy, and the traveller; and whatever good you may do, God has knowledge of it.'

از تو می پرسند: چه چیز انفاق کنند؟ بگو: هر مال و مایه سودمندی که انفاق می کنید باید برای پدر و مادر و نزدیکان و یتیمان و نیازمندان و در راه مانده گان باشد، و هر کار نیکی انجام دهید، خدا به آن داناست.

از تو می‌پرسند: «چه چیزی انفاق کنند [و به چه کسی بدهند]؟» بگو: «هر مالی انفاق کنید، به پدر و مادر و نزدیکان و یتیمان و مسکینان و به در راه‌مانده تعلّق دارد، و هر گونه نیکی کنید البته خدا به آن داناست.»

Sana, ne sarfedeceklerini sorarlar, de ki: "Sarfedeceğiniz mal, ana baba, yakınlar, yetimler, düşkünler, yolcular içindir. Yaptığınız her iyiliği Allah şüphesiz bilir".

Mereka bertanya tentang apa yang mereka nafkahkan. Jawablah: "Apa saja harta yang kamu nafkahkan hendaklah diberikan kepada ibu-bapak, kaum kerabat, anak-anak yatim, orang-orang miskin dan orang-orang yang sedang dalam perjalanan". Dan apa saja kebaikan yang kamu buat, maka sesungguhnya Allah Maha Mengetahuinya.

پیغمبر یہ لوگ آپ سے سوال کرتے ہیں کہ راسِ خدا میں کیا خرچ کریں تو آپ کہہ دیجئے کہ جو بھی خرچ کرو گے وہ تمہارے والدینً قرابتدرً ایتامً مساکین اور غربت زدہ مسافروں کے لئے ہوگا اور جو بھی کا»خیر کروگے خدا اسے خوب جانتا ہے

তোমার কাছে জিজ্ঞেস করে, কি তারা ব্যয় করবে? বলে দাও-যে বস্তুই তোমরা ব্যয় কর, তা হবে পিতা-মাতার জন্যে, আত্নীয়-আপনজনের জন্যে, এতীম-অনাথদের জন্যে, অসহায়দের জন্যে এবং মুসাফিরদের জন্যে। আর তোমরা যে কোন সৎকাজ করবে, নিঃসন্দেহে তা অত্যন্ত ভালভাবেই আল্লাহর জানা রয়েছে।
