ذَا ذَٰلِكَ لِّلَّذِينَ وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ﴿٣٨﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

So give the relative his right, as well as the needy and the traveler. That is best for those who desire the countenance of Allah, and it is they who will be the successful.

حق نزدیکان

این تعبیر» نشان‌دهندة این مطلب است که نزدیکانی که این آیه در بارة آنها سخن می‌گوید. حق ثابت و مستمری دارند. خطاب یه اما به پیامبر است. از ظاهر آیه و قراین همراه آن چنین برمی‌آید که آیه در بارة خمس است و دستور آن مربوط به پیامبر(ص) و کسانی که مکلف به پرداخت خمس هستند و منظور از نزدیکان» نزدیکان پیامبر است که خمس به آنها تعلق می‌گیرد و نه شخص دیگر. در روایتی از امام باقر(ع) و امام صادق(ع) می‌خوانیم که «هنگامی که این آیه بر پیامبر(ص) نازل شد. ایشان سرزمین فدک را به فاطمه(س) بخشید.»! بنابر این؛ این آیه» معنای خاص دارد؛ نه عام و گسترده (در بارة خمس ر.ک. به: انفال - ۴۱).
