Translation

Saheeh International

Who will inherit me and inherit from the family of Jacob. And make him, my Lord, pleasing [to You]."

فرزندی که از آل یعقوب ارث می‌برد

همسر زکریا(ع) از دودمان حضرت سلیمان(ع) بود و حضرت سلیمان از نسل حضرت یعقوب(ع). به همین جهت حضرت زکریا(ع) به خداوند عرض کرد که جانشینی به او ببخشد تا وارث او و دودمان یعقوب باشد.
