Then if they deny you, [O Muhammad] - so were messengers denied before you, who brought clear proofs and written ordinances and the enlightening Scripture.

But if they deny you, [other] apostles have been denied before you, who came with manifest signs, holy writs, and an illuminating scripture.

And if they deny thee, even so did they deny messengers who were before thee, who came with miracles and with the Psalms and with the Scripture giving light.

Then if they reject thee, so were rejected messengers before thee, who came with Clear Signs, Books of dark prophecies, and the Book of Enlightenment.

But if they cry lies to thee, lies were cried to Messengers before thee, who came bearing clear signs, and the Psalms, and the Book Illuminating.

اگر [این یهودیان بهانه جو] تو را تکذیب کردند، [غمگین مباش] مسلماً رسولانی هم که پیش از تو دلایل روشن، و نوشته ها [ی مشتمل بر پند و موعظه] و کتاب روشنگر آورده بودند، تکذیب شدند؟

پس اگر تو را تکذیب کردند، بدان که پیامبرانی [هم‌] که پیش از تو، دلایل روشن و نوشته‌ها و کتاب روشن آورده بودند، تکذیب شدند.

Seni yalancı saydılarsa, senden önce belgeler, sahifeler ve aydınlatıcı kitap getiren peygamberler de yalanlanmıştı.

Jika mereka mendustakan kamu, maka sesungguhnya rasul-rasul sebelum kamupun telah didustakan (pula), mereka membawa mukjizat-mukjizat yang nyata, Zabur dan kitab yang memberi penjelasan yang sempurna.

اس کے بعد بھی آپ کی تکذیب کریں تو آپ سے پہلے بھی رسولوں کی تکذیب ہوچکی ہے جو معجزات, مواعظ اور روشن کتاب سب کچھ لے کر آئے تھے

তাছাড়া এরা যদি তোমাকে মিথ্যা প্রতিপন্ন করে, তবে তোমার পূর্বেও এরা এমন বহু নবীকে মিথ্যা প্রতিপন্ন করেছে, যারা নিদর্শন সমূহ নিয়ে এসেছিলেন। এবং এনেছিলেন সহীফা ও প্রদীপ্ত গ্রন্থ।
