سَوْفَ لَكُمْ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ﴿٩٨﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

He said, "I will ask forgiveness for you from my Lord. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful."

چرا یعقوب(ع) استغفار برای فرزندانش را به تخیر انداخت؟

شاید علت این که یعقوب(ع) استغفار برای فرزندانش را به تأخیر انداخت, این باشد که می‌خواست با دیدار یوسف(ع) نعمت خدا بر او کامل شود و دلش به تمام معنا خوشحال گردد و آثار ناخوشایند جدایی از یوسف از دلش پاک گردد و آنگاه با دلسوزی برای فرزندانش استغفار کند. شاید هم - چنان که در برخی از روایات آمده - این تأخیر بدان سبب بود که او می‌خواست هنگامی برای پسرانش استغفار کند که احتمال استجابت دعا بیشتر است؛ چنان که در روایتی از امام صادق(ع) می‌خوانیم: «یعقوب استغفار را تا سحرگاه جمعه به تخیر انداخت.» در روایت دیگری از همان حضرت می‌خوانیم که رسول خدا(ص) فرمود: «بهترین وقتی که می‌توانید در آن خدا را بخوانید. سحرگاهان است و یعقوب(ع) استغفار را تخیر انداخت تا سحر فرا رسد.» شاید از این دو حدیث بتوان استفاده کرد که سحرها - به طور کلی - و سحر جمعه - به طور خاص - بهترین وقت برای دعا و مناجات با خداست.

    [Abraham] said, "Peace will be upon you. I will ask forgiveness for you of my Lord. Indeed, He is ever gracious to me.

  • فَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ وَٱسْتَغْفِرْهُ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ تَوَّابًۢا

    Then exalt [Him] with praise of your Lord and ask forgiveness of Him. Indeed, He is ever Accepting of repentance.

    He will send [rain from] the sky upon you in [continuing] showers
