إِنَّا نَحْنُ وَمَنْ عَلَيْهَا وَإِلَيْنَا ﴿٤٠﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

Indeed, it is We who will inherit the earth and whoever is on it, and to Us they will be returned.

  • وَإِنَّا لَنَحْنُ نُحْىِۦ وَنُمِيتُ وَنَحْنُ ٱلْوَٰرِثُونَ

    And indeed, it is We who give life and cause death, and We are the Inheritor.

  • وَلَقَدْ كَتَبْنَا فِى ٱلزَّبُورِ مِنۢ بَعْدِ ٱلذِّكْرِ أَنَّ ٱلْأَرْضَ يَرِثُهَا عِبَادِىَ ٱلصَّٰلِحُونَ

    And We have already written in the book [of Psalms] after the [previous] mention that the land [of Paradise] is inherited by My righteous servants.

  • ثُمَّ كَلَّا سَيَعْلَمُونَ

    Then, no! They are going to know.
