Then we caused to inherit the Book those We have chosen of Our servants; and among them is he who wrongs himself, and among them is he who is moderate, and among them is he who is foremost in good deeds by permission of Allah. That [inheritance] is what is the great bounty.

Then We made those whom We chose from Our servants heirs to the Book. Yet some of them are those who wrong themselves, and some of them are average, and some of them are those who take the lead in all the good works by Allah’s will. That is the greatest grace [of Allah]!

Then We gave the Scripture as inheritance unto those whom We elected of Our bondmen. But of them are some who wrong themselves and of them are some who are lukewarm, and of them are some who outstrip (others) through good deeds, by Allah's leave. That is the great favour!

Then We have given the Book for inheritance to such of Our Servants as We have chosen: but there are among them some who wrong their own souls; some who follow a middle course; and some who are, by Allah's leave, foremost in good deeds; that is the highest Grace.

Then We bequeathed the Book on those of Our servants We chose; but of them some wrong themselves, some of them are lukewarm, and some are outstrippers in good works by the leave of God; that is the great bounty.

سپس این کتاب را به کسانی از بندگانمان که برگزیدیم به میراث دادیم؛ پس برخی از آنان [در ترک عمل به کتاب] ستمکار بر خویش اند، و برخی از آنان میانه رو، و برخی از آنان به اذن خدا در کارهای خیر [بر دیگران] پیشی می گیرند، این است آن فضل بزرگ.

سپس این کتاب را به آن بندگان خود که [آنان را] برگزیده بودیم، به میراث دادیم؛ پس برخی از آنان بر خود ستمکارند و برخی از ایشان میانه‌رو، و برخی از آنان در کارهای نیک به فرمان خدا پیشگامند؛ و این خود توفیق بزرگ است.

Sonra bu Kitap'ı kullarımızdan seçtiğimiz kimselere miras bırakmışızdır. Onlardan kimi kendine yazık eder, kimi orta davranır, kimi de, Allah'ın izniyle, iyiliklere koşar. İşte büyük lütuf budur.

Kemudian Kitab itu Kami wariskan kepada orang-orang yang Kami pilih di antara hamba-hamba Kami, lalu di antara mereka ada yang menganiaya diri mereka sendiri dan di antara mereka ada yang pertengahan dan diantara mereka ada (pula) yang lebih dahulu berbuat kebaikan dengan izin Allah. Yang demikian itu adalah karunia yang amat besar.

پھر ہم نے اس کتاب کا وارث ان افراد کو قرار دیا جنہیں اپنے بندوں میں سے چن لیا کہ ان میں سے بعض اپنے نفس پر ظلم کرنے والے ہیں اور بعض اعتدال پسند ہیں اور بعض خدا کی اجازت سے نیکیوں کی طرف سبقت کرنے والے ہیں اور درحقیقت یہی بہت بڑا فضل و شرف ہے

অতঃপর আমি কিতাবের অধিকারী করেছি তাদেরকে যাদেরকে আমি আমার বান্দাদের মধ্য থেকে মনোনীত করেছি। তাদের কেউ কেউ নিজের প্রতি অত্যাচারী, কেউ মধ্যপন্থা অবলম্বনকারী এবং তাদের মধ্যে কেউ কেউ আল্লাহর নির্দেশক্রমে কল্যাণের পথে এগিয়ে গেছে। এটাই মহা অনুগ্রহ।
