And there had certainly come to them a Messenger from among themselves, but they denied him; so punishment overtook them while they were wrongdoers.

Certainly there had come to them an apostle from among themselves, but they impugned him. So the punishment seized them while they were doing wrong.

و همانا پیامبری از خود آنان برای [هدایت] شان آمد، ولی او را تکذیب کردند، پس عذاب [خدا] آنان را در حالی که ستمکار بودند، فراگرفت.

و به یقین، فرستاده‌ای از خودشان برایشان آمد، اما او را تکذیب کردند، پس در حالی که ظالم بودند آنان را عذاب فرو گرفت.

And olsun ki, aralarından kendilerine bir peygamber gelmişti, onu yalancı saydılar. Haksızlık ederlerken azaba uğradılar.

Dan sesungguhnya telah datang kepada mereka seorang rasul dari mereka sendiri, tetapi mereka mendustakannya; karena itu mereka dimusnahkan azab dan mereka adalah orang-orang yang zalim.

اور یقینا ان کے پاس رسول آیا تو انہوں نے اس کی تکذیب کردی تو پھر ان تک عذاب آپہنچا کہ یہ سب ظلم کرنے والے تھے

তাদের কাছে তাদের মধ্য থেকেই একজন রাসূল আগমন করেছিলেন। অনন্তর ওরা তাঁর প্রতি মিথ্যারোপ করল। তখন আযাব এসে তাদরকে পাকড়াও করল এবং নিশ্চিতই ওরা ছিল পাপাচারী।
