But as for he who feared the position of his Lord and prevented the soul from [unlawful] inclination,

But as for him who is awed to stand before his Lord and restrains his soul from [following] desires,

But as for him who feared to stand before his Lord and restrained his soul from lust,

And for such as had entertained the fear of standing before their Lord's (tribunal) and had restrained (their) soul from lower desires,

But as for him who feared the Station of his Lord and forbade the soul its caprice,

و اما کسی که از مقام و منزلت پروردگارش ترسیده و نفس را از هوا و هوس بازداشته است؛

و اما کسی که از ایستادن در برابر پروردگارش هراسید، و نفس خود را از هوس باز داشت...

Ama kim Rabbinin azametinden korkup da kendini kötülükten alıkoymuşsa, varacağı yer şüphesiz cennettir.

Dan adapun orang-orang yang takut kepada kebesaran Tuhannya dan menahan diri dari keinginan hawa nafsunya,

اور جس نے رب کی بارگاہ میں حاضری کا خوف پیدا کیا ہے اور اپنے نفس کو خواہشات سے روکا ہے

পক্ষান্তরে যে ব্যক্তি তার পালনকর্তার সামনে দন্ডায়মান হওয়াকে ভয় করেছে এবং খেয়াল-খুশী থেকে নিজেকে নিবৃত্ত রেখেছে,
