And complete the Hajj and 'umrah for Allah. But if you are prevented, then [offer] what can be obtained with ease of sacrificial animals. And do not shave your heads until the sacrificial animal has reached its place of slaughter. And whoever among you is ill or has an ailment of the head [making shaving necessary must offer] a ransom of fasting [three days] or charity or sacrifice. And when you are secure, then whoever performs 'umrah [during the Hajj months] followed by Hajj [offers] what can be obtained with ease of sacrificial animals. And whoever cannot find [or afford such an animal] - then a fast of three days during Hajj and of seven when you have returned [home]. Those are ten complete [days]. This is for those whose family is not in the area of al-Masjid al-Haram. And fear Allah and know that Allah is severe in penalty.

Complete the hajj and the ‘umrah for Allah’s sake, and if you are prevented, then [make] such [sacrificial] offering as is feasible. And do not shave your heads until the offering reaches its [assigned] place. But should any of you be sick, or have a hurt in his head, let the atonement be by fasting, or charity, or sacrifice. And when you have security—for those who enjoy [release from the restrictions] by virtue of their ‘umrah until the hajj—let the offering be such as is feasible. As for someone who cannot afford [the offering], let him fast three days during the hajj and seven when you return; that is [a period of] ten complete [days]. That is for someone whose family does not dwell by the Holy Mosque. And be wary of Allah, and know that Allah is severe in retribution.

Perform the pilgrimage and the visit (to Makka) for Allah. And if ye are prevented, then send such gifts as can be obtained with ease, and shave not your heads until the gifts have reached their destination. And whoever among you is sick or hath an ailment of the head must pay a ransom of fasting or almsgiving or offering. And if ye are in safety, then whosoever contenteth himself with the visit for the pilgrimage (shall give) such gifts as can be had with ease. And whosoever cannot find (such gifts), then a fast of three days while on the pilgrimage, and of seven when ye have returned; that is, ten in all. That is for him whoso folk are not present at the Inviolable Place of Worship. Observe your duty to Allah, and know that Allah is severe in punishment.

And complete the Hajj or 'umra in the service of Allah. But if ye are prevented (From completing it), send an offering for sacrifice, such as ye may find, and do not shave your heads until the offering reaches the place of sacrifice. And if any of you is ill, or has an ailment in his scalp, (Necessitating shaving), (He should) in compensation either fast, or feed the poor, or offer sacrifice; and when ye are in peaceful conditions (again), if any one wishes to continue the 'umra on to the hajj, He must make an offering, such as he can afford, but if he cannot afford it, He should fast three days during the hajj and seven days on his return, Making ten days in all. This is for those whose household is not in (the precincts of) the Sacred Mosque. And fear Allah, and know that Allah Is strict in punishment.

Fulfil the Pilgrimage and the Visitation unto God; but if you are prevented, then such offering as may be feasible. And shave not your heads, till the offering reaches its place of sacrifice. If any of you is sick, or injured in his head, then redemption by fast, or freewill offering, or ritual sacrifice. When you are secure, then whosoever enjoys the Visitation until the Pilgrimage, let his offering be such as may be feasible; or if he finds none, then a fast of three days in the Pilgrimage, and of seven when you return, that is ten completely; that is for him whose family are not present at the Holy Mosque. And fear God, and know that God is terrible in retribution.

حج وعمره را برای خدا به پایان برید، و اگر [به علتی] از انجام آن ممنوع شدید، آنچه را از قربانی برای شما میسر است [قربانی کنید و از احرام در آیید]؛ و سر خود را نتراشید تا قربانی به محلش برسد؛ و از شما اگر کسی بیمار بود یا در سرش ناراحتی و آسیب داشت [و ناچار بود سر بتراشد، جایز است سر بتراشد و] کفّاره ای چون روزه، یا صدقه یا قربانی بر عهده اوست. و هنگامی که [از علل ممنوعیّت] در امان بودید، پس هر که با پایان بردن عمره تمتّع به سوی حج تمتّع رود، آنچه از قربانی میسر است [قربانی کند]. و کسی که قربانی نیابد، سه روزْ روزه، در همان سفر حج و هفت روزْ روزه، هنگامی که بازگشتید بر عهده اوست؛ این ده روز کامل است [و قابل کم و زیاد شدن نیست]. این وظیفه کسی است که [خود و] خانواده اش ساکن و مقیم [منطقه] مسجد الحرام نباشد. و از خدا پروا کنید و بدانید که خدا سخت کیفر است.

و برای خدا حجّ و عمره را به پایان رسانید، و اگر [به علت موانعی‌] بازداشته شدید، آنچه از قربانی میسر است [قربانی کنید]؛ و تا قربانی به قربانگاه نرسیده سر خود را متراشید؛ و هر کس از شما بیمار باشد یا در سر ناراحتیی داشته باشد [و ناچار شود در احرام سر بتراشد] به کفاره [آن، باید] روزه‌ای بدارد، یا صدقه‌ای دهد، یا قربانیی بکند؛ و چون ایمنی یافتید، پس هر کس از [اعمال‌] عمره به حجّ پرداخت، [باید ]آنچه از قربانی میسر است [قربانی کند]، و آن کس که [قربانی ]نیافت [باید] در هنگام حجّ، سه روز روزه [بدارد]؛ و چون برگشتید هفت [روز دیگر روزه بدارید]؛ این ده [روز] تمام است. این [حجّ تمتّع ]برای کسی است که اهل مسجد الحرام [=مکّه‌] نباشد؛ و از خدا بترسید، و بدانید که خدا سخت‌کیفر است.

Başladığınız hac ve umreyi Allah için tamamlayın. Alıkonursanız, kolayınıza gelen bir kurban gönderin. Kurban, yerine ulaşıncaya kadar, başlarınızı tıraş etmeyin. İçinizde hasta olan veya başından rahatsız bulunan varsa fidye olarak ya oruç tutması, ya sadaka vermesi ya da kurban kesmesi gerekir. Güven içinde olursanız, hacca kadar umreden faydalanabilen kimseye kolayına gelen bir kurban kesmek, bulamayana, hac esnasında üç gün ve döndüğünüzde yedi gün, ki o tam on gündür oruç tutmak gerekir. Bu, ailesi Mescidi Haram'da oturmayan kimseler içindir. Allah'tan sakının ve Allah'ın cezasının şiddetli olacağını bilin.

Dan sempurnakanlah ibadah haji dan 'umrah karena Allah. Jika kamu terkepung (terhalang oleh musuh atau karena sakit), maka (sembelihlah) korban yang mudah didapat, dan jangan kamu mencukur kepalamu, sebelum korban sampai di tempat penyembelihannya. Jika ada di antaramu yang sakit atau ada gangguan di kepalanya (lalu ia bercukur), maka wajiblah atasnya berfid-yah, yaitu: berpuasa atau bersedekah atau berkorban. Apabila kamu telah (merasa) aman, maka bagi siapa yang ingin mengerjakan 'umrah sebelum haji (di dalam bulan haji), (wajiblah ia menyembelih) korban yang mudah didapat. Tetapi jika ia tidak menemukan (binatang korban atau tidak mampu), maka wajib berpuasa tiga hari dalam masa haji dan tujuh hari (lagi) apabila kamu telah pulang kembali. Itulah sepuluh (hari) yang sempurna. Demikian itu (kewajiban membayar fidyah) bagi orang-orang yang keluarganya tidak berada (di sekitar) Masjidil Haram (orang-orang yang bukan penduduk kota Mekah). Dan bertakwalah kepada Allah dan ketahuilah bahwa Allah sangat keras siksaan-Nya.

حج اور عمرہ کو اللہ کے لئے تمام کرو اب اگر گرفتار ہوجاؤ توجو قربانی ممکن ہو وہ دے دو اور اس وقت تک سر نہ منڈواؤ جب تک قربانی اپنی منزل تک نہ پہنچ جائے. اب جو تم میں سے مریض ہے یا اس کے سر میں کوئی تکلیف ہے تو وہ روزہ یاصدقہ یا قربانی دے دے پھر جب اطمینان ہوجائے تو جس نے عمرہ سے حج تمتع کا ارادہ کیا ہے وہ ممکنہ قربانی دے دے اور قربانی نہ مل سکے تو تین روزے حج کے دوران اور سات واپس آنے کے بعد رکھے کہ اس طرح دس پورے ہوجائیں. یہ حج تمتع اور قربانی ان لوگوں کے لئے ہے جن کے اہلِ مسجدالحرام کے حاضر شمار نہیں ہوتے اور اللہ سے ڈرتے رہو اوریہ یاد رکھو کہ خدا کا عذاب بہت سخت ہے

আর তোমরা আল্লাহর উদ্দেশ্যে হজ্জ্ব ওমরাহ পরিপূর্ণ ভাবে পালন কর। যদি তোমরা বাধা প্রাপ্ত হও, তাহলে কোরবানীর জন্য যাকিছু সহজলভ্য, তাই তোমাদের উপর ধার্য। আর তোমরা ততক্ষণ পর্যন্ত মাথা মুন্ডন করবে না, যতক্ষণ না কোরবাণী যথাস্থানে পৌছে যাবে। যারা তোমাদের মধ্যে অসুস্থ হয়ে পড়বে কিংবা মাথায় যদি কোন কষ্ট থাকে, তাহলে তার পরিবর্তে রোজা করবে কিংবা খয়রাত দেবে অথবা কুরবানী করবে। আর তোমাদের মধ্যে যারা হজ্জ্ব ওমরাহ একত্রে একই সাথে পালন করতে চাও, তবে যাকিছু সহজলভ্য, তা দিয়ে কুরবানী করাই তার উপর কর্তব্য। বস্তুতঃ যারা কোরবানীর পশু পাবে না, তারা হজ্জ্বের দিনগুলোর মধ্যে রোজা রাখবে তিনটি আর সাতটি রোযা রাখবে ফিরে যাবার পর। এভাবে দশটি রোযা পূর্ণ হয়ে যাবে। এ নির্দেশটি তাদের জন্য, যাদের পরিবার পরিজন মসজিদুল হারামের আশে-পাশে বসবাস করে না। আর আল্লাহকে ভয় করতে থাক। সন্দেহাতীতভাবে জেনো যে, আল্লাহর আযাব বড়ই কঠিন।
