إِنَّ ٱلَّذِى فِى ثُمَّ عَلَى مَا مِن إِلَّا مِنۢ ذَٰلِكُمُ أَفَلَا ﴿٣﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

Indeed, your Lord is Allah, who created the heavens and the earth in six days and then established Himself above the Throne, arranging the matter [of His creation]. There is no intercessor except after His permission. That is Allah, your Lord, so worship Him. Then will you not remember?

Tafsīr

قرآن حکیم (شرح آیات منتخب)

آفرینش زمین و آسمان در شش روز

کلمةٌ یوم در زبان عرب و روز در فارسی و معادل آن در سایر لغات» در بسیاری مواقع به معنای دوران استعمال می‌شود؛ چنان که می‌گوییم: روزی در کشور ما استبداد حکومت می‌کرد؛ ولی اکنون در پرتو انقلاب» روز آزادی است؛ یعنی دورانی استبداد بود و پس از پایان استبداه دوران رهایی مردم رسیده است. عرش

کلم عرش گاهی به معنای سقف وگاهی به معنای چیزی که دارای سقف است و زمانی به معنای تخت‌های بلندپایه می‌آید. این معنی اصلی آن است؛ اما معنی کنایی آن همان قدرت است؛ چنان که می‌گوییم فلان شخص بر تخت نشست یا پایه‌های تختش فرو ریخت یا او را از تخت به زیر آوردند. هم اینهاء کنایه از قدرت یافتن یا از دست دادن قدرت است؛ در حالی که ممکن است اصلا تختی در کار نبوده باشد. به همین دلیل»«استوی علی العرش» به معنای این است که خداوند زمام امور و ادارةٌ جهان را به‌دست گرفت.
