لَن عَلَىٰ مَا مِنَ وَٱلَّذِى مَآ أَنتَ إِنَّمَا هَٰذِهِ ﴿٧٢﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

They said, "Never will we prefer you over what has come to us of clear proofs and [over] He who created us. So decree whatever you are to decree. You can only decree for this worldly life.

    Is it you who creates it, or are We the Creator?

  • أَمْرًا مِّنْ عِندِنَآ إِنَّا كُنَّا مُرْسِلِينَ

    [Every] matter [proceeding] from Us. Indeed, We were to send [a messenger]

  • وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ
