إِلَيْهِ هَلْ عَلَىٰ لَّا ﴿١٢٠﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

Then Satan whispered to him; he said, "O Adam, shall I direct you to the tree of eternity and possession that will not deteriorate?"

سوء استفادةٌ شیطان از تمایل آدم به جاودانگی

شیطان» تمایل آدم را در نظر گرفت و به اینجا رسید که او میل به زندگی جاودان و رسیدن به قدرت بی‌زوال دارد. از این‌رو برای کشاندن او به مخالفت با فرمان پروردگار» از این دو عامل استفاده کرد. به تعبیر دیگرء همان گونه که خداوند به آدم وعده داد که اگر شیطان را از خود دور کنی» همیشه در پهشت مشمول نعمت‌های پروردگارت خواهی بودء شیطان نیز در وسوسه‌هایش روی همین نقطه متمرکز شد.

  • وَقَالَ لِلَّذِى ظَنَّ أَنَّهُۥ نَاجٍ مِّنْهُمَا ٱذْكُرْنِى عِندَ رَبِّكَ فَأَنسَىٰهُ ٱلشَّيْطَٰنُ ذِكْرَ رَبِّهِۦ فَلَبِثَ فِى ٱلسِّجْنِ بِضْعَ سِنِينَ

    And he said to the one whom he knew would go free, "Mention me before your master." But Satan made him forget the mention [to] his master, and Joseph remained in prison several…
