کم‌فروشی

قرآن مجید بارها بر مبارزه با کم فروشی و تقلب در وزن و پیمانه تأکید کرده است؛ تا آنجا که رعایت این نظم را در ردیف نظام آفرینش در پهنةٌ جهان هستی گذارده» می‌گوید: «و آسمان را برافراشت و میزان و قانون (در آن) گذاشت تا در میزان طغیان نکنید (و از مسیر عدل منصرف نشوید) و وزن را بر اساس عدل بر پا دارید و میزان را کم نگذارید.» (رحمن - ۷ تا ‎.)٩‏ این یات اشاره به این است که رعایت عدالت در کیل و وزن» موضوع کوچک و کم‌اهمیتی نیست؛ بلکه جزئی از اصل عدالت و نظم است که حاکم بر سراسر هستی است. اصولا حق و عدالت و نظم و حساب در همه چیز و همه جاء یک اصل اساسی و حیاتی است» و همان گونه که گفتیم» اصلی است که بر کل عالم هستی حکومت می‌کند. بنابر این» هر گونه انحراف از این اصلء خطرناک و بدعاقبت است. مخصوصاً کم‌فروشی» سرمایةٌ اعتماد و اطمینان را که رکن مهم معاملات است» از بین می‌برد و نظام اقتصادی را به هم می‌ریزد. این موضوع نیز سزاوار توجه است که کم‌فروشان از نظر حقوقی در برابر خریداران ضامن و بدهکار هستند و از این رو توب آنها جز با ادای حقوقی که غصب کرده‌اند» ممکن نیست و حتی اگر صاحبانش را نشناسند» باید معادل آن را به عنوان رد مظالم از طرف صاحبان اصلی به مستمندان بدهند. باید توجه داشت که کم‌فروشی مفهوم گسترده‌ای دارد و هر نوع کم‌کاری و کوتاهی در انجام وظایف را شامل می‌شود. به این ترتیب» کارگری که از کار خود کم می‌کند» آموزگار و استادی که درست درس نمی دهد کارمندی که به موقع سر کار خود حاضر نمی شود و دلسوزی لازم را ندارده همه مشمول این حکم‌اند و در عواقب آن» سهیم. > **پانوشت صفحه (منابع):** > ۱- نمونه چ۱۵ ص ۳۲۰ ۲ نمونه, ۱۳ ص ۱۱۱ > ۲ نمونهء ج۱۲ ص ۱۱۱ > **Cited sources** (grade before any load-bearing use): Tafsīr Nemūneh.
