Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females. But if there are [only] daughters, two or more, for them is two thirds of one's estate. And if there is only one, for her is half. And for one's parents, to each one of them is a sixth of his estate if he left children. But if he had no children and the parents [alone] inherit from him, then for his mother is one third. And if he had brothers [or sisters], for his mother is a sixth, after any bequest he [may have] made or debt. Your parents or your children - you know not which of them are nearest to you in benefit. [These shares are] an obligation [imposed] by Allah. Indeed, Allah is ever Knowing and Wise.

Allah enjoins you concerning your children: for the male shall be the like of the share of two females, and if there be [two or] more than two females, then for them shall be two-thirds of what he leaves; but if she be alone, then for her shall be a half; and for each of his parents a sixth of what he leaves, if he has children; but if he has no children, and his parents are his [sole] heirs, then it shall be a third for his mother; but if he has brothers, then a sixth for his mother, after [paying off] any bequest he may have made or any debt [he may have incurred]. Your parents and your children—you do not know which of them is likelier to be beneficial for you. This is an ordinance from Allah. Indeed Allah is all-knowing, all-wise.

Allah chargeth you concerning (the provision for) your children: to the male the equivalent of the portion of two females, and if there be women more than two, then theirs is two-thirds of the inheritance, and if there be one (only) then the half. And to each of his parents a sixth of the inheritance, if he have a son; and if he have no son and his parents are his heirs, then to his mother appertaineth the third; and if he have brethren, then to his mother appertaineth the sixth, after any legacy he may have bequeathed, or debt (hath been paid). Your parents and your children: Ye know not which of them is nearer unto you in usefulness. It is an injunction from Allah. Lo! Allah is Knower, Wise.

Allah (thus) directs you as regards your Children's (Inheritance): to the male, a portion equal to that of two females: if only daughters, two or more, their share is two-thirds of the inheritance; if only one, her share is a half. For parents, a sixth share of the inheritance to each, if the deceased left children; if no children, and the parents are the (only) heirs, the mother has a third; if the deceased Left brothers (or sisters) the mother has a sixth. (The distribution in all cases ('s) after the payment of legacies and debts. Ye know not whether your parents or your children are nearest to you in benefit. These are settled portions ordained by Allah; and Allah is All-knowing, Al-wise.

God charges you, concerning your children: to the male the like of the portion of two females, and if they be women above two, then for them two-thirds of what he leaves, but if she be one then to her a half; and to his parents to each one of the two the sixth of what he leaves, if he has children; but if he has no children, and his heirs are his parents, a third to his mother, or, if he has brothers, to his mother a sixth, after any bequest he may bequeath, or any debt. Your fathers and your sons -- you know not which out of them is nearer in profit to you. So God apportions; surely God is All-knowing, All-wise.

خدا شما را درباره [ارث] فرزندانتان سفارش می کند که سهم پسر مانند سهم دو دختر است. و اگر [میراث برانِ میّت] دخترند و بیش از دو دختر باشند، سهم آنان دو سوم میراث است؛ و اگر یک دختر باشد، نصف میراث سهم اوست. و برای هر یک از پدر و مادر میّت چنانچه میّت فرزندی داشته باشد، یک ششم میراث است؛ و اگر فرزندی نداشته باشد، و [تنها] پدر و مادرش ارث می برند، برای مادرش یک سوم است [و باقی مانده میراثْ سهم پدر اوست] و اگر میّت برادرانی داشته باشد، سهم مادرش یک ششم است. [همه این سهام] پس از وصیتی است که [نسبت به مال خود] می کند، یا [پس از] دَیْنی است [که باید از اصل مال پرداخت شود.] شما نمی دانید پدران و فرزندانتان کدام یک برای شما سودمندترند [بنابراین اختلاف سهم ها، شما را نگران نکند و موجب اعتراض نشود]. [این تقسیم بندی] فریضه ای از سوی خداست؛ زیرا خدا همواره دانا و حکیم است.

خداوند به شما در باره فرزندانتان سفارش می‌کند: سهم پسر، چون سهم دو دختر است. و اگر [همه ورثه،] دختر [و] از دو تن بیشتر باشند، سهم آنان دو سوم ماترک است؛ و اگر [دختری که ارث می‌برد ]یکی باشد، نیمی از میراث از آنِ اوست، و برای هر یک از پدر و مادر وی [=متوفی‌] یک ششم از ماترک [مقرر شده‌] است، این در صورتی است که [متوفی‌] فرزندی داشته باشد. ولی اگر فرزندی نداشته باشد و [تنها] پدر و مادرش از او ارث برند، برای مادرش یک سوم است [و بقیه را پدر می‌برد]؛ و اگر او برادرانی داشته باشد، مادرش یک ششم می‌برد، [البته همه اینها] پس از انجام وصیتی است که او بدان سفارش کرده یا دَینی [که باید استثنا شود]. شما نمی دانید پدران و فرزندانتان کدام یک برای شما سودمندترند. [این ]فرضی است از جانب خدا، زیرا خداوند دانای حکیم است.

Allah çocuklarınız hakkında, erkeğe iki dişinin hissesi kadar tavsiye eder. Eğer kadınlar ikinin üstünde ise, bırakılanın üçte ikisi onlarındır; şayet bir ise yarısı onundur. Ana babadan her birine, ölenin çocuğu varsa yaptığı vasiyetten veya borcundan arta kalanın altıda biri, çocuğu yoksa, anası babası ona varis olur, anasına üçte bir düşer. Kardeşleri varsa, altıda biri annesinindir; babalarınız ve oğullarınızdan menfaatçe hangisinin size daha yakın olduğunu siz bilmezsiniz. Bunlar Allah tarafından tesbit edilmiştir. Doğrusu Allah bilendir, Hakim olandır.

Allah mensyari'atkan bagimu tentang (pembagian pusaka untuk) anak-anakmu. Yaitu: bahagian seorang anak lelaki sama dengan bagahian dua orang anak perempuan; dan jika anak itu semuanya perempuan lebih dari dua, maka bagi mereka dua pertiga dari harta yang ditinggalkan; jika anak perempuan itu seorang saja, maka ia memperoleh separo harta. Dan untuk dua orang ibu-bapa, bagi masing-masingnya seperenam dari harta yang ditinggalkan, jika yang meninggal itu mempunyai anak; jika orang yang meninggal tidak mempunyai anak dan ia diwarisi oleh ibu-bapanya (saja), maka ibunya mendapat sepertiga; jika yang meninggal itu mempunyai beberapa saudara, maka ibunya mendapat seperenam. (Pembagian-pembagian tersebut di atas) sesudah dipenuhi wasiat yang ia buat atau (dan) sesudah dibayar hutangnya. (Tentang) orang tuamu dan anak-anakmu, kamu tidak mengetahui siapa di antara mereka yang lebih dekat (banyak) manfaatnya bagimu. Ini adalah ketetapan dari Allah. Sesungguhnya Allah Maha Mengetahui lagi Maha Bijaksana.

اللہ تمہاری اولاد کے بارے میں تمہیں ہدایت فرماتا ہے، ایک لڑکے کا حصہ دو لڑکیوں کے حصے کے برابر ہے، پس اگر لڑکیاں دو سے زائد ہوں تو ترکے کا دو تہائی ان کا حق ہے اور اگر صرف ایک لڑکی ہے تو نصف (ترکہ) اس کا ہے اور میت کی اولاد ہونے کی صورت میں والدین میں سے ہر ایک کو ترکے کا چھٹا حصہ ملے گا اور اگر میت کی اولاد نہ ہو بلکہ صرف ماں باپ اس کے وارث ہوں تواس کی ماں کو تیسرا حصہ ملے گا، پس اگر میت کے بھائی ہوں تو ماں کوچھٹا حصہ ملے گا، یہ تقسیم میت کی وصیت پر عمل کرنے اور اس کے قرض کی ادائیگی کے بعد ہو گی، تمہیں نہیں معلوم تمہارے والدین اور تمہاری اولاد میں فائدے کے حوالے سے کون تمہارے زیادہ قریب ہے، یہ حصے اللہ کے مقرر کردہ ہیں، یقینا اللہ بڑا جاننے والا، باحکمت ہے

আল্লাহ তোমাদেরকে তোমাদের সন্তানদের সম্পর্কে আদেশ করেনঃ একজন পুরুষের অংশ দু?জন নারীর অংশের সমান। অতঃপর যদি শুধু নারীই হয় দু' এর অধিক, তবে তাদের জন্যে ঐ মালের তিন ভাগের দুই ভাগ যা ত্যাগ করে মরে এবং যদি একজনই হয়, তবে তার জন্যে অর্ধেক। মৃতের পিতা-মাতার মধ্য থেকে প্রত্যেকের জন্যে ত্যাজ্য সম্পত্তির ছয় ভাগের এক ভাগ, যদি মৃতের পুত্র থাকে। যদি পুত্র না থাকে এবং পিতা-মাতাই ওয়ারিস হয়, তবে মাতা পাবে তিন ভাগের এক ভাগ। অতঃপর যদি মৃতের কয়েকজন ভাই থাকে, তবে তার মাতা পাবে ছয় ভাগের এক ভাগ ওছিয়্যতের পর, যা করে মরেছে কিংবা ঋণ পরিশোধের পর। তোমাদের পিতা ও পুত্রের মধ্যে কে তোমাদের জন্যে অধিক উপকারী তোমরা জান না। এটা আল্লাহ কতৃক নির্ধারিত অংশ নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ সর্বজ্ঞ, রহস্যবিদ।
