165

فَلَمَّا مَا بِهِۦٓ ٱلَّذِينَ عَنِ ٱلَّذِينَ بِمَا ﴿١٦٥﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

And when they forgot that by which they had been reminded, We saved those who had forbidden evil and seized those who wronged, with a wretched punishment, because they were defiantly disobeying.

قرآن حکیم (شرح آیات منتخب)

کلاه شرعی اصحاب سّبت

در این‌که این جمعیت. قانوز‌شکنی را از کجا شروع کردند. در میان مفسران کَفت وکَو است. از بعضی روایات جنین استفاده مشود که نخست دست به حیلة به اصطلاح شرعی زدند؛ یعنی در کنار دریاء حوضچه‌هایی ترتیب دادند و راه آن را به دریا گشودند. روزهای شنبه»ء راه حوضچه را باز می‌کردند و ماهیان فراوان همراه آب وارد آنها می‌شدند؛ اما به هنگام غروب که می‌خواستند به دریا باز گردند.ء راهشان را محکم می‌بستند. سپس روز یکشنبه شروع به صید آنها می‌کردند و می‌گفتند: خداوند به ما دستور داده است شنبه‌ها ماهی صید نکنیم. ما هم صید نکرده‌ایم؛ بلکه تنها آنها را در حوضچه‌ها محاصره کرده‌ایم.!

هلاکت گنهکاران و خاموشان, نجات ناهیان از منکر

از این آیه استفاده می‌شود که ساکنان آن شهر ساحلی به سه گروه تقسیم می‌شدند: گروه یکم. کسانی بودند که بی‌پروا گناه و نافرمانی می‌کردند. گروه دوم افرادی بودند که نافرمانی نمی کردند؛ اما در برابر گنهکاران سکوت اختیار کرده بودند و آنها را از گناهشان نمی نمی‌کردند و به ناهیان هم اعتراض می‌کردند که نمی شما کار بیهوده‌ای است؛ زیرا در گنمکاران اثری ندارد. گروه سوم» کسانی بودند که در مقابل نافرمانی گنهکاران» نهی از منکر می‌کردند و خود را در پیشگاه خدا مسئول می‌دانستند. طبق ظاهر این آیات» از آن سه گروه (گنهکاران؛ خاموشان و اندرزدهندگان) تنها گروه سوم از مجازات الهی مصون ماندند و به طوری که در روایات آمده است.ء آنها هنگامی که دیدند اندرزهایشان موْثر واقع نمی‌شود» ناراحت شدند و گفتند ما از شهر بیرون می‌رویم. شب هنگام به بیابان رفتند و اتفاقاً در همان شب» کیفر الهیء دامان دو گروه دیگر را گرفت.این آیه به یکی از قوانین الهی اشاره دارد و آن این‌که اگر کسی از ظلم ظالمان جلوگیری نکند یا حداقل پند و اندرز ندهد و در آخر از محیط ظلم و فساد مهاجرت نکندء در ظلم و گناه آن ظالمان شریک است و همان طور که آن ظالمان مستحق عذاباند، او نیز مستحق عذاب است. در روایتی از امام صادق(ع) دربارةٌ اصحاب سبت آمده است: «دو گروه هلاک شدند و فقط کسانی که نهی می‌کردند. نجات یافتند.» البته باید توجه داشت که مجازات مسخ» مربوط به صیدکنندگان بوده و مجازات دیگرانی که نمی از منکر نکردندء احتمالاً هلاکت بوده است؛ هر چند گنهکاران نیز چند روز پس از مسخ شدن (طبق روایات) هلاک شدند.
