If you [disbelievers] seek the victory - the defeat has come to you. And if you desist [from hostilities], it is best for you; but if you return [to war], We will return, and never will you be availed by your [large] company at all, even if it should increase; and [that is] because Allah is with the believers.

If you sought a verdict, the verdict has certainly come to you; and if you cease [your belligerence against the Prophet and his followers], it is better for you, but if you resume, We [too] shall return and your troops will never avail you though they should be ever so many, and [know] that Allah is with the faithful.

(O Qureysh!) If ye sought a judgment, now hath the judgment come unto you. And if ye cease (from persecuting the believers) it will be better for you, but if ye return (to the attack) We also shall return. And your host will avail you naught, however numerous it be, and (know) that Allah is with the believers (in His Guidance).

(O Unbelievers!) if ye prayed for victory and judgment, now hath the judgment come to you: if ye desist (from wrong), it will be best for you: if ye return (to the attack), so shall We. Not the least good will your forces be to you even if they were multiplied: for verily Allah is with those who believe!

If victory you are seeking, victory has already come upon you; and if you give over, it is better for you. But if you return, We shall return, and your host will avail you nothing though it be numerous; and that God is with the believers.

[شما ای مشرکان!] اگر پیروزی [آیینِ حق] را می خواستید، اینک پیروزی برای آیینِ حق آمد [پس به آن ایمان آورید]، و اگر [از دشمنی و مخالفت با خدا و رسول] بازایستید، برای شما بهتر است، و اگر [به دشمنی و مخالفت] بازگردید، ما نیز [بر ضد شما] بازمی گردیم، و هرگز جمعیت شما هر چند زیاد باشد، چیزی [از عذاب خدا] را از شما دفع نمی کند، و یقیناً خدا با مؤمنان است.

[ای مشرکان‌] اگر شما پیروزی [حق‌] را می‌طلبید، اینک پیروزی به سراغ شما آمد [و اسلام پیروز شد]؛ و اگر [از دشمنی‌] بازایستید، آن برای شما بهتر است؛ و اگر [به جنگ‌] برگردید ما هم بر می‌گردیم، و [بدانید] که گروه شما هر چند زیاد باشد، هرگز از شما چیزی را دفع نتوانند کرد و خداست که با مؤمنان است.

Ey inkarcılar! Zafer istiyorsanız, işte zafer geldi (aleyhinize çıktı). Peygambere karşı gelmekten vazgeçerseniz sizin iyiliğinize olur, yok tekrar dönerseniz biz de döneriz; topluluğunuz çok da olsa size hiçbir fayda vermez. Allah inananlarla beraberdir.

Jika kamu (orang-orang musyrikin) mencari keputusan, maka telah datang keputusan kepadamu; dan jika kamu berhenti; maka itulah yang lehih baik bagimu; dan jika kamu kembali, niscaya Kami kembali (pula); dan angkatan perangmu sekali-kali tidak akan dapat menolak dari kamu sesuatu bahayapun, biarpun dia banyak dan sesungguhnya Allah beserta orang-orang yang beriman.

اگر تم لوگ فتح چاہتے ہو تو یہ فتح آگئی اور اگر تم جنگ سے باز آجاؤ تو اس میں تمہارے لئے بھلائی ہے اور اگر دوبارہ ایسا کرو گے تو ہم بھی پلٹ کر آرہے ہیں اور تمہارا گروہ کتنا ہی بڑ اکیوں نہ ہو کام آنے والا نہیں ہے اور اللہ ہمیشہ صاحبان هایمان کے ساتھ ہے

তোমরা যদি মীমাংসা কামনা কর, তাহলে তোমাদের নিকট মীমাংসা পৌছে গেছে। আর যদি তোমরা প্রত্যাবর্তন কর, তবে তা তোমাদের জন্য উত্তম এবং তোমরা যদি তাই কর, তবে আমি ও তেমনি করব। বস্তুতঃ তোমাদের কোনই কাজে আসবে না তোমাদের দল-বল, তা যত বেশীই হোক। জেনে রেখ আল্লাহ রয়েছেন ঈমানদারদের সাথে।
