عَنِ ذَاتَ إِن ﴿١﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the bounties [of war]. Say, "The [decision concerning] bounties is for Allah and the Messenger." So fear Allah and amend that which is between you and obey Allah and His Messenger, if you should be believers.

در ذیل این آیه چندین شأُن نزول نقل شده است. این نکته در همه روایات مشترک است که پس از جنگ بدرء بین مسلمانان بر سر تقسیم غنایم اختلاف افتاد. آنها از پیامبر(ص) کسب تکلیف کردند. خداوند این یه را نازل فرمود و به آنها یاداوری کرد که تقسیم غنایم به دست آنها نیست؛ بلکه غنایم به خدا و پیامبر او تعلق دارد و تقسیم آن مربوط به خدا و پیامبر است. پس از آن» پیامبر(ص) غنایم را به طور مساوی در بین مسلمانان تقسیم کرد. گرچه این آیه در زمینةٌ غنایم جنگی وارد شده» مفهوم آن یک حکم کلی و عمومی است و تمام اموال اضافی (یعنی آنچه مالک خصوصی ندارد) را شامل می‌شود. به همین دلیل» در روایاتی که از طریق اهل بیت(ع) به ما رسیده» می‌بینیم که مفهوم وسیعی برای انفال بیان شده است.

ایحاد تفاهم و زدودن کدورت‌ها و دشمنی‌ها و تبدیل آن به صمیمیت و دوستی؛ یکی از مهم‌ترین برنامه‌های اسلامی است. در تعلیمات اسلامی» به اندازه‌ای به این موضوع اهمیت داده شده که یکی از برترین عبادات معرفی گردیده است. امیرالمومنین علی(ع) در آخرین وصایایش به هنگامی که در بستر شهادت بود به فرزندانش فرمود: «خدا را در نظر بگیرید. خدا را در نظر بگیرید و بین خودتان را آشتی دهید که من از جد شما پیامبر(ص) شنیدم که می‌فرمود: اصلاح رابطةٌ میان مردم» از همةٌ نمازها و روزه‌ها [زی مستحبّی] برتر است.»
