چهره درهم کشید و روی برتافت!

این آیات به اجمال نشان می‌دهد که خداوند کسی را به این خاطر مورد عتاب قرار داده که فرد یا افراد ثروتمندی را بر نابینای حق‌طلبی مقدم داشته است. در این که شخص مورد عتاب کیست. اختلاف نظر است. هر چند برخی از مفسران؛ طبق شأن نزولی» این شخص را پیامبر می‌دانند و بیان می‌کنند آن حضرت بر مسلمانی که برای کسب معرفت نزد آن جناب آمده بوده چهره در هم کشید و رو ترش کرد. در مقابل این نظر از امام صادق(ع) روایت شده که «این آیات در بارةٌ مردی از بنی‌امیه نازل شده که نزد پیامبر(ص) نشسته بود. در همان حال, «عبداللّ بن ام مکتوم» - که مردی نابینا و فقیر بود -وارد شد. هنگامی که چشم آن شخص به عبدالل افتاد» خود را چنان جمع کرد که انگار می‌ترسید به فقر او آلوده شود و قیافه درهم کشیده, صورت خود را برگردانید. خداوند در این آیات, عمل او را نقل کرده و مورد ملامت و سرزنش قرار داده است.» این آّیات» بیانگر این واقعیت است که اسلام و قرآن اهمیت و احترام خاصی برای پویندگان راه حق به ویژه از طبقات مستضعف قائل است و به عکس» موضع تند و خشنی در برابر آتها که بر اثر وفور نعمت الهی» مست و مغرور شده‌اند. دارد؛ تا آنجا که راضی نمی‌شود به خاطر پرداختن به آنان» کمترین رنجشی در این قشر حق‌طلب پیدا شود؛ چرا که همیشه گروه مستضعفء» پشتیبان مخلص اسلام و فریادرس پیشوایان بزرگ دین در مشکلات و ایثارگر میدان‌های نبرد و شهادت بوده‌اند. امیرالموْمنین(ع) در فرمان مصروف خود به مالک اشتر می‌فرماید: «ستون دین و انبوهی مسالمانان و مهیّا شدگان در برابر دشمنانء عامَةٌ مردم‌اند. پس باید توجه و میل تو به ایشان افزون‌تر باشد.»

    He said, "O my people, have you considered: if I should be upon clear evidence from my Lord and He has given me mercy from Himself, who would protect me from Allah if I disobeyed…

  • مَا كَذَبَ ٱلْفُؤَادُ مَا رَأَىٰٓ

    The heart did not lie [about] what it saw.

  • فَكَذَّبَ وَعَصَىٰ

    But Pharaoh denied and disobeyed.

  • فَتَوَلَّىٰ عَنْهُمْ وَقَالَ يَٰقَوْمِ لَقَدْ أَبْلَغْتُكُمْ رِسَٰلَٰتِ رَبِّى وَنَصَحْتُ لَكُمْ فَكَيْفَ ءَاسَىٰ عَلَىٰ قَوْمٍ كَٰفِرِينَ

    And he turned away from them and said, "O my people, I had certainly conveyed to you the messages of my Lord and advised you, so how could I grieve for a disbelieving people?"
