آغاز دعوت آشکار پیامبر(ص)

در روایات آمده است که دعوت پیامبر اسلام در سه سال اول بشت به طور مخفیانه بوده و تنها افراد کمی مانند امام علی(ع) و حضرت خدیجه (و شاید تنها همین دو نفر) به پیامبر ایمان آورده بودند. هنگامی که این آیه نازل شدء پیامبر دستور یافت که دعوت خویش را اشکار کند و از آن پس به تبلیغ علنی پرداخت.
