And there came a company of travelers; then they sent their water drawer, and he let down his bucket. He said, "Good news! Here is a boy." And they concealed him, [taking him] as merchandise; and Allah was knowing of what they did.

There came a caravan, and they sent their water-drawer, who let down his bucket. ‘Good news!’ he said. ‘This is a young boy!’ So they hid him as [a piece of] merchandise, and Allah knew best what they were doing.

And there came a caravan, and they sent their waterdrawer. He let down his pail (into the pit). He said: Good luck! Here is a youth. And they hid him as a treasure, and Allah was Aware of what they did.

Then there came a caravan of travellers: they sent their water-carrier (for water), and he let down his bucket (into the well)... He said: "Ah there! Good news! Here is a (fine) young man!" So they concealed him as a treasure! But Allah knoweth well all that they do!

Then came travellers, and they sent one of them, a water-drawer, who let down his bucket. 'Good news!' he said. 'Here is a young man.' So they hid him as merchandise; but God knew what they were doing.

و کاروانی آمد، پس آب آورشان را فرستادند، او دلوش را به چاه انداخت، گفت: مژده! این پسری نورس است! و او را به عنوان کالا [ی تجارت] پنهان کردند؛ و خدا به آنچه می خواستند انجام دهند، دانا بود.

و کاروانی آمد. پس آب‌آور خود را فرستادند. و دلوش را انداخت. گفت: «مژده! این یک پسر است!» و او را چون کالایی پنهان داشتند. و خدا به آنچه می‌کردند دانا بود.

Bir kervan geldi, sucularını gönderdiler; sucu kovasını kuyuya saldı, "Müjde! İşte bir oğlan" dedi. Yusuf'u alıp onu ticari bir mal olarak sakladılar. Oysa Allah yaptıklarını bilir.

Kemudian datanglah kelompok orang-orang musafir, lalu mereka menyuruh seorang pengambil air, maka dia menurunkan timbanya, dia berkata: "Oh; kabar gembira, ini seorang anak muda!" Kemudian mereka menyembunyikan dia sebagai barang dagangan. Dan Allah Maha Mengetahui apa yang mereka kerjakan.

اور وہاں ایک قافلہ آیا جس کے پانی نکالنے والے نے اپنا ڈول کنویں میں ڈالا تو آواز دی ارے واہ یہ تو بچہ ہے اور اسے ایک قیمتی سرمایہ سمجھ کر چھپالیا اور اللہ ان کے اعمال سے خوب باخبر ہے

এবং একটি কাফেলা এল। অতঃপর তাদের পানি সংগ্রাহককে প্রেরণ করল। সে বালতি ফেলল। বললঃ কি আনন্দের কথা। এ তো একটি কিশোর তারা তাকে পন্যদ্রব্য গণ্য করে গোপন করে ফেলল। আল্লাহ খুব জানেন যা কিছু তারা করেছিল।
