علت برخورد تند موسی با هارون

حضرت هارون(ع) تعبیر «یاین ام» را برای فرو نشاندن خشم موسی(ع) به کار برد و با این حرف به این نکته اشاره کرد که من و تو از یک مادریم و در دامان یک نفر پرورش یافته‌ایم و نباید این گونه به هم خشمگین شویم. در اینجا این سوّال پیش می‌أید که موسی و هارون بدون شک هر دو پیامبر و معصوم بودند؛ پس این عتاب و خطاب شدید از ناحیة موسی و دفاعی که هارون از خودش کرد چگونه توجیه می‌شود. در پاسخ می‌توان گفت که موسی یقین داشست که برادرش بی‌گناه است؛ اما با این عمل می‌خواست دو مطلب را اثبات کند: نخست به بنی‌اسرائیل بفهماند که گناه بسیار بزرگی مرتکب شده‌اند که حتی پای برادر موسی(ع) را که خود پیامبری عالی‌قدر بودء به دادگاه کشانده است. دیگر این که با این عمل» بی گناهی هارون را بر همگان ثابت کرد تا بعداً در ادامةُ رسالتش متهم نگردد.
