وَكَذَٰلِكَ إِلَيْكَ وَمَنْ لَا فِيهِ فِى فِى ﴿٧﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

And thus We have revealed to you an Arabic Qur'an that you may warn the Mother of Cities [Makkah] and those around it and warn of the Day of Assembly, about which there is no doubt. A party will be in Paradise and a party in the Blaze.

قرآن حکیم (شرح آیات منتخب)

ام القری

ممکن است پس از تلاوت این آیه این سوّال مطرح شود که آیا هدف از نزول قرآن» انذار مردم مکه و اطراف آن است. آیا این تعبیر با جهانی بودن اسلام تضاد ندارد؟! پاسخ این سوال با توجه به یک نکته روشن می‌شود و آن این که کلمة «امٌ القری» که یکی از نام‌های مکه است. از دو واژه ترکیب یافته:«امٌ» که در اصل به معنای اساس و ابتدا و آغاز هر چیزی است و مادر را هم به همین جهت «امٌ» می‌گویند که اساس و اصل فرزندان است و «قری» که جمع «قریة» به معنای هر گونه آبادی و شهر اعم از شهرهای بزرگ و کوچک یا روستاهاست و شواهد زیادی نیز در قرآن بر این معنی وجود دارد. اکنون ببینیم چرا «مکه» را «امٌ القری» (مادر و اصل همةٌ آبادی‌ها) نامیده‌اند. در پاسخ این سوّالء مطلبی را ذیل آیةٌ ‎٩۲‏ سورة انعام ذکر کرده‌ایم. علاوه بر آن مطلب باید توجه داشت که اسلام به تدریج گسترش یافت: پیامبر(ص) نخست مأمور شد بستگان نزدیک خود را انذار کند؛ چنان که در آَیةٌ ۲۱۴ سورةٌ شعراء می‌خوانیم: «و خویشاوندان نزدیکت را انذار کن» تا بدین‌وسیله هسته‌بندی اسلام محکم شود و آماده گسترش گردد. سپس در مرحلة دوم پیامبر(ص) مأمور شد ملت عرب را انذار کند؛ چنان که در آَیةٌ ۳ سورهٌ فصّلت» قرآن را «کتابی عربی» معرفی می‌کند و در أَیةٌ ۴۴ سورة زخرف نیز آمده است: «و این مایةٌ یادآوری (و عظمت) تو و قوم تو است.» هنگامی که پایه‌های اسلام در میان این قوم قوی و مستحکم شد. پیامبر(ص) مأموریت گسترده‌تری یافت و مأمور انذار جهانیان شد؛ چنان که در ید یکم سور فرقان می‌خوانیم: «زوال ناپذیر و پربرکت است کسی که قرآن را بر بنده‌اش نازل کرد تا بیم‌دهندة جهانیان باشد.» به همین خاطرء پیامبر(ص)به سران بزرگ جهان آن روز در خارج از جزیرة عربستان نامه نوشت و کسراها و قیصرها و دیکَران را به اسلام دعوت کرد.همجنین بر اساس همین خط و برنامه بود که پیروانش برای تبلیغ اسلام بعد از او به همه جهان گام نهادند و تعالیم اسلام را در دنیا منتشر کردند.
