أَفَمَن كَانَ مُؤْمِنًا كَمَن كَانَ فَاسِقًا لَّا يَسْتَوُۥنَ﴿١٨﴾

Saheeh International
Then is one who was a believer like one who was defiantly disobedient? They are not equal.
