    When he saw a fire and said to his family, "Stay here; indeed, I have perceived a fire; perhaps I can bring you a torch or find at the fire some guidance."

  • كَغَلْىِ ٱلْحَمِيمِ

    Like the boiling of scalding water.

  • وَيَصْلَىٰ سَعِيرًا

    And [enter to] burn in a Blaze.

  • قَالُوا۟ حَرِّقُوهُ وَٱنصُرُوٓا۟ ءَالِهَتَكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ فَٰعِلِينَ

    They said, "Burn him and support your gods - if you are to act."

  • قَالُوا۟ رَبَّنَا مَن قَدَّمَ لَنَا هَٰذَا فَزِدْهُ عَذَابًا ضِعْفًا فِى ٱلنَّارِ

    They will say, "Our Lord, whoever brought this upon us - increase for him double punishment in the Fire."
