لَّا فِى مِّن إِلَّا مَنْ أَوْ أَوْ وَمَن ذَٰلِكَ فَسَوْفَ ﴿١١٤﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

No good is there in much of their private conversation, except for those who enjoin charity or that which is right or conciliation between people. And whoever does that seeking means to the approval of Allah - then We are going to give him a great reward.

نهی از نجوا و جواز آن به طور استثنا

به طور کلی نجوا و سخنان در گوشی و تشکیل جلسات سرّی, در قرآن عملی شیطانی معرفی شده است؛ چنان که در أَیةْ ۱۰ سورةٌ مجادله آمده است: «نجوا تنها از ناحیة شیطان است.» پیداست که این کار غالباً برای اعمال نادرست صورت می‌گیرد؛ چون برای انجام کار خیر و مفید و مثبت معمولاً مخفی کاری لازم نیست که مردم بخواهند با سخنان در گوشی آن را انجام دهند. البته چون گاهی شرایط فوق‌العاده‌ای پیش می‌آید که انسان مجبور می‌شود در کارهای نیک از روش نجوا استفاده کندء این استثنا مکرر در قرآن آمده است؛ چنان که در آَیةٌ ‎٩‏ سورةٌ مجادله آمده است: «ای کسانی که ایمان آورده‌اید. هنگامی که نجوا می‌کنید. برای گناه و تعدی و نافرمانی رسول خدا نجوا نکنید؛ (بلکه) برای کار نیک و تقوی نجوا کنید...» نجوا اگر در حضور جمعیت انجام پذیرد» سوء ظن افراد را بر می‌انگیزد و گاهی حتی در میان دوستان ایجاد بدبینی می‌کند. به همین دلیل بهتر است که جز در موارد ضرورت از این روش استفاده نشود و فلسفةٌ حکم مزبور در قرآن نیز همین است. البته گاهی به خاطر حفظ آبروی انسانی لازم می‌شود که از نجوا استفاده شود. از آَنْ جمله, کمک‌های مالی است که در این یه صدقه نام گرفته یا امر به معروف که اگر گاهی آشکارا گفته شودء طرف در برابر جمعیت شرمنده می‌شود و شاید به همین دلیل از پذیرش آن امتناع ورزد و مقاومت کند یا در موارد اصلاح بین مردم که گاهی آشکارا گفتن مسائل» جلوی اصلاح را می‌گیرد و باید با هر کدام از طرفین دعوا جداگانه و به صورت نجوا صحبت شود تا نقشهٌ اصلاحی پیاده گردد. سزاوار است بدانید که در روایات. دعوت مردم به انجام کار نیک و اصلاح میان مردمء از مصادیق صدقه ذکر شده است. از پیامبر اکرم(ص) نقل شده که به ابوایٌوب فرمود: «آیا تو را از صدقه‌ای آگاه کنم که خدا و پیامبرش آن را دوست دارند؟ هنگامی که مردم با یکدیگر دشمن شوند.ء آنها را اصلاح ده و زمانی که از هم دور گردند. آنها را به هم نزدیک کن.»!
