And those who are taken in death among you and leave wives behind - for their wives is a bequest: maintenance for one year without turning [them] out. But if they leave [of their own accord], then there is no blame upon you for what they do with themselves in an acceptable way. And Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise.

Those of you who die leaving wives shall bequeath for their wives providing for a year, without turning them out; but if they leave, there is no sin upon you in respect of what they may do with themselves in accordance with honourable norms. And Allah is all-mighty, all-wise.

(In the case of) those of you who are about to die and leave behind them wives, they should bequeath unto their wives a provision for the year without turning them out, but if they go out (of their own accord) there is no sin for you in that which they do of themselves within their rights. Allah is Mighty, Wise.

Those of you who die and leave widows should bequeath for their widows a year's maintenance and residence; but if they leave (The residence), there is no blame on you for what they do with themselves, provided it is reasonable. And Allah is Exalted in Power, Wise.

And those of you who die, leaving wives, let them make testament for their wives, provision for a year without expulsion; but if they go forth, there is no fault in you what they may do with themselves honourably; God is All-mighty, All-wise.

و کسانی از شما که مرگشان نزدیک می شود، و همسرانی به جا می گذارند، باید برای همسرانشان وصیت کنند که آنان را تا یک سال بدون بیرون کردن از خانه از هزینه زندگی بهره مند سازند. پس اگر [به اختیار خود] بیرون رفتند، در آنچه نسبت به خود [از ازدواج یا انتخاب شغل] به طور شایسته و متعارف انجام دهند، بر شما [وارثان میّت به سبب نپرداختن هزینه زندگی آنان] گناهی نیست؛ و خدا توانای شکست ناپذیر و حکیم است.

و کسانی از شما که مرگشان فرا می‌رسد، و همسرانی بر جای می‌گذارند، [باید] برای همسران خویش وصیّت کنند که آنان را تا یک سال بهره‌مند سازند و [از خانه شوهر] بیرون نکنند. پس اگر بیرون بروند، در آنچه آنان به طور پسندیده در باره خود انجام دهند، گناهی بر شما نیست. و خداوند توانا و حکیم است.

İçinizden ölüp, eşler bırakacak olanlar, evlerinden çıkarılmaksızın, senesine kadar eşlerinin geçimini sağlayacak şeyi vasiyet etsinler; eğer çıkarlarsa kendilerinin meşru olarak yaptıklarından dolayı size sorumluluk yoktur. Allah güçlüdür, Hakim'dir.

Dan orang-orang yang akan meninggal dunia di antara kamu dan meninggalkan isteri, hendaklah berwasiat untuk isteri-isterinya, (yaitu) diberi nafkah hingga setahun lamanya dan tidak disuruh pindah (dari rumahnya). Akan tetapi jika mereka pindah (sendiri), maka tidak ada dosa bagimu (wali atau waris dari yang meninggal) membiarkan mereka berbuat yang ma'ruf terhadap diri mereka. Dan Allah Maha Perkasa lagi Maha Bijaksana.

اور جو لوگ مدّاُ حیات پوری کررہے ہوں اور ازواج کو چھوڑ کر جارہے ہوں انہیں چاہئے کہ اپنی ازواج کے لئے ایک سال کے خرچ اور گھر سے نہ نکالنے کی وصیت کرکے جائیں پھر اگر وہ خود سے نکل جائیں تو تمہارے لئے کوئی حرج نہیں ہے وہ اپنے بارے میں جو بھی مناسب کام انجام دیں خدا صاحبِ عزّت اور صاحبِ حکمت بھی ہے

আর যখন তোমাদের মধ্যে যারা মৃত্যুবরণ করবে তখন স্ত্রীদের ঘর থেকে বের না করে এক বছর পর্যন্ত তাদের খরচের ব্যাপারে ওসিয়ত করে যাবে। অতঃপর যদি সে স্ত্রীরা নিজে থেকে বেরিয়ে যায়, তাহলে সে নারী যদি নিজের ব্যাপারে কোন উত্তম ব্যবস্থা করে, তবে তাতে তোমাদের উপর কোন পাপ নেই। আর আল্লাহ হচ্ছেন পরাক্রমশালী বিজ্ঞতা সম্পন্ন।
