But those who wronged among them changed [the words] to a statement other than that which had been said to them. So We sent upon them a punishment from the sky for the wrong that they were doing.

But the wrongdoers changed the saying with other than what they had been told. So We sent against them a plague from the sky because of the wrongs they used to commit.

But those of them who did wrong changed the word which had been told them for another saying, and We sent down upon them wrath from heaven for their wrongdoing.

But the transgressors among them changed the word from that which had been given them so we sent on them a plague from heaven. For that they repeatedly transgressed.

Then the evildoers of them substituted a saying other than that which had been said to them; so We sent down upon them wrath out of heaven for their evildoing.

پس ستمکاران از آنان، سخنی را که [بیرون دروازه شهر] به آنان گفته شده بود [پس از ورود به شهر] به سخنی دیگر تبدیل کردند، [به جای درخواست ریزش گناهان درخواست امور مادی نمودند] نهایتاً به کیفر ستمی که همواره مرتکب می شدند، عذابی از آسمان بر آنان فرستادیم.

پس، کسانی از آنان که ستم کردند، سخنی را که به ایشان گفته شده بود به سخن دیگری تبدیل کردند. پس به سزای آنکه ستم می‌ورزیدند، عذابی از آسمان بر آنان فرو فرستادیم.

Onların zulmedenleri, kendilerine söylenen sözü başkasiyle değiştirdiler. Biz de, o zalimlere, zulümlerinden ötürü gökten azab indirdik.

Maka orang-orang yang zalim di antara mereka itu mengganti (perkataan itu) dengan perkataan yang tidak dikatakan kepada mereka, maka Kami timpakan kepada mereka azab dari langit disebabkan kezaliman mereka.

لیکن ظالموں نے جو انھیں بتایا گیا تھا اس کو بدل کرکچھ اور کہنا شروع کردیا تو ہم نے ان کے اوپر آسمان سے عذاب نازل کردیا کہ یہ فسق اور نافرمانی کررہے تھے

অনন্তর জালেমরা এতে অন্য শব্দ বদলে দিল তার পরিবর্তে, যা তাদেরকে বলা হয়েছিল। সুতরাং আমি তাদের উপর আযাব পাঠিয়েছি আসমান থেকে তাদের অপকর্মের কারণে।
