Indeed, those who have believed and emigrated and fought with their wealth and lives in the cause of Allah and those who gave shelter and aided - they are allies of one another. But those who believed and did not emigrate - for you there is no guardianship of them until they emigrate. And if they seek help of you for the religion, then you must help, except against a people between yourselves and whom is a treaty. And Allah is Seeing of what you do.

Indeed those who have believed and migrated and waged jihad with their possessions and persons in the way of Allah, and those who gave [them] shelter and help—they are heirs of one another. As for those who have believed but did not migrate, you have no heirdom in relation to them whatsoever until they migrate. Yet if they ask your help for the sake of religion, it is incumbent on you to help them, excepting against a people with whom you have a treaty; and Allah watches what you do.

Lo! those who believed and left their homes and strove with their wealth and their lives for the cause of Allah, and those who took them in and helped them: these are protecting friends one of another. And those who believed but did not leave their homes, ye have no duty to protect them till they leave their homes; but if they seek help from you in the matter of religion then it is your duty to help (them) except against a folk between whom and you there is a treaty. Allah is Seer of what ye do.

Those who believed, and adopted exile, and fought for the Faith, with their property and their persons, in the cause of Allah, as well as those who gave (them) asylum and aid,- these are (all) friends and protectors, one of another. As to those who believed but came not into exile, ye owe no duty of protection to them until they come into exile; but if they seek your aid in religion, it is your duty to help them, except against a people with whom ye have a treaty of mutual alliance. And (remember) Allah seeth all that ye do.

Those who believe, and have emigrated and struggled with their possessions and their selves in the way of God, and those who have given refuge and help -- those are friends one of another. And those who believe, but have not emigrated -- you have no duty of friendship towards them till they emigrate; yet if they ask you for help, for religion's sake, it is your duty to help them, except against a people between whom and you there is a compact; and God sees the things you do.

مسلماً کسانی که ایمان آوردند، و هجرت کردند، و با اموال و جان هایشان در راه خدا جهاد نمودند، و کسانی که مهاجران را پناه و جا دادند و یاری کردند، اینانند که یار و دوست یکدیگرند. و کسانی که ایمان آوردند و هجرت نکردند شما را از دوستی آنان هیچ سودی نیست تازمانی که هجرت کنند؛ و اگر در امور دین از شما یاری طلبند، بر شماست که آنان را یاری دهید مگر آنکه یاری دادن شما به زیان گروهی باشد که میان شما و آنان پیمان [ترک جنگ] برقرار است؛ و خدا به آنچه انجام می دهید، بیناست.

کسانی که ایمان آورده و هجرت کرده‌اند و در راه خدا با مال و جان خود جهاد نموده‌اند و کسانی که [مهاجران را] پناه داده‌اند و یاری کرده‌اند، آنان یاران یکدیگرند؛ و کسانی که ایمان آورده‌اند ولی مهاجرت نکرده‌اند هیچ گونه خویشاوندی [دینی‌] با شما ندارند مگر آنکه [در راه خدا] هجرت کنند؛ و اگر در [کار] دین از شما یاری جویند، یاری آنان بر شما [واجب‌] است، مگر بر علیه گروهی باشد که میان شما و میان آنان پیمانی [منعقد شده‌] است، و خدا به آنچه انجام می‌دهید بیناست.

Doğrusu inanıp hicret edenler, Allah yolunda mallarıyla canlarıyla cihat edenler ve muhacirleri barındırıp onlara yardım edenler, işte bunlar birbirinin dostudurlar. İnanıp hicret etmeyenlerle, hicret edene kadar sizin dostluğunuz yoktur. Fakat din uğrunda yardım isterlerse, aranızda anlaşma olmayan topluluktan başkasına karşı onlara yardım etmeniz gerekir. Allah işlediklerinizi görür.

Sesungguhnya orang-orang yang beriman dan berhijrah serta berjihad dengan harta dan jiwanya pada jalan Allah dan orang-orang yang memberikan tempat kediaman dan pertoIongan (kepada orang-orang muhajirin), mereka itu satu sama lain lindung-melindungi. Dan (terhadap) orang-orang yang beriman, tetapi belum berhijrah, maka tidak ada kewajiban sedikitpun atasmu melindungi mereka, sebelum mereka berhijrah. (Akan tetapi) jika mereka meminta pertolongan kepadamu dalam (urusan pembelaan) agama, maka kamu wajib memberikan pertolongan kecuali terhadap kaum yang telah ada perjanjian antara kamu dengan mereka. Dan Allah Maha Melihat apa yang kamu kerjakan.

بیشک جو لوگ ایمان لائے اور انہوں نے ہجرت کی اور راسِ خدا میں اپنے جان و مال سے جہاد کیا اور جنہوں نے پناہ دی اور مدد کی یہ سب آپس میں ایک دوسرے کے ولی ہیں اور جن لوگوں نے ایمان اختیار کرکے ہجرت نہیں کی ان کی ولایت سے آپ کا کوئی تعلق نہیں ہے جب تک ہجرت نہ کریں اور اگر دین کے معاملہ میں تم سے مدد مانگیں تو تمہارا فرض ہے کہ مدد کردو علاوہ اس قوم کے مقابلہ کے جس سے تمہارا معاہدہ ہوچکا ہے کہ اللہ تمہارے اعمال کو خوب دیکھنے والا ہے

এতে কোন সন্দেহ নেই যে, যারা ঈমান এনেছে, দেশ ত্যাগ করেছে, স্বীয় জান ও মাল দ্বারা আল্লাহর রাহে জেহাদ করেছে এবং যারা তাদেরকে আশ্রয় ও সাহায্য সহায়তা দিয়েছে, তারা একে অপরের সহায়ক। আর যারা ঈমান এনেছে কিন্তু দেশ ত্যাগ করেনি তাদের বন্ধুত্বে তোমাদের প্রয়োজন নেই যতক্ষণ না তারা দেশত্যাগ করে। অবশ্য যদি তারা ধর্মীয় ব্যাপারে তোমাদের সহায়তা কামনা করে, তবে তাদের সাহায্য করা তোমাদের কর্তব্য। কিন্তু তোমাদের সাথে যাদের সহযোগী চুক্তি বিদ্যমান রয়েছে, তাদের মোকাবেলায় নয়। বস্তুতঃ তোমরা যা কিছু কর, আল্লাহ সেসবই দেখেন।
