So eat and drink and be contented. And if you see from among humanity anyone, say, 'Indeed, I have vowed to the Most Merciful abstention, so I will not speak today to [any] man.' "

Eat, drink, and be comforted. Then if you see any human, say, ‘‘Indeed I have vowed a fast to the All-beneficent, so I will not speak to any human today.’’ ’

So eat and drink and be consoled. And if thou meetest any mortal, say: Lo! I have vowed a fast unto the Beneficent, and may not speak this day to any mortal.

"So eat and drink and cool (thine) eye. And if thou dost see any man, say, 'I have vowed a fast to (Allah) Most Gracious, and this day will I enter into not talk with any human being'"

Eat therefore, and drink, and be comforted; and if thou shouldst see any mortal, say, "I have vowed to the All-merciful a fast, and today I will not speak to any man.

پس [از آن خرما] بخور و [از آن نهر] بیاشام و خاطرت را شاد و خوش دار، و اگر از مردم کسی را دیدی [که درباره نوزادت پرسید] بگو: من برای [خدای] رحمان روزه [سکوت] نذر کرده ام، پس هرگز امروز با هیچ انسانی سخن نخواهم گفت.

و بخور و بنوش و دیده روشن دار. پس اگر کسی از آدمیان را دیدی، بگوی: «من برای [خدای‌] رحمان روزه نذر کرده‌ام، و امروز مطلقاً با انسانی سخن نخواهم گفت.»

Ye iç, gözün aydın olsun. İnsanlardan birini görecek olursan 'Ben Rahman için oruç adadım, bugün hiçbir insanla konuşmayacağım' de."

maka makan, minum dan bersenang hatilah kamu. Jika kamu melihat seorang manusia, maka katakanlah: "Sesungguhnya aku telah bernazar berpuasa untuk Tuhan Yang Maha Pemurah, maka aku tidak akan berbicara dengan seorang manusiapun pada hari ini".

پھر اسے کھائیے اور پیجئے اور اپنی آنکھوں کو ٹھنڈی رکھئے پھر اس کے بعد کسی انسان کو دیکھئے تو کہہ دیجئے کہ میں نے رحمان کے لئے روزہ کی نذر کرلی ہے لہذا آج میں کسی انسان سے بات نہیں کرسکتی

যখন আহার কর, পান কর এবং চক্ষু শীতল কর। যদি মানুষের মধ্যে কাউকে তুমি দেখ, তবে বলে দিওঃ আমি আল্লাহর উদ্দেশে রোযা মানত করছি। সুতরাং আজ আমি কিছুতেই কোন মানুষের সাথে কথা বলব না।
