He causes the night to enter the day, and He causes the day to enter the night and has subjected the sun and the moon - each running [its course] for a specified term. That is Allah, your Lord; to Him belongs sovereignty. And those whom you invoke other than Him do not possess [as much as] the membrane of a date seed.

He makes the night pass into the day and makes the day pass into the night, and He has disposed the sun and the moon, each moving for a specified term. That is Allah, your Lord; to Him belongs all sovereignty. As for those whom you invoke besides Him, they do not control so much as the husk of a date stone.

He maketh the night to pass into the day and He maketh the day to pass into the night. He hath subdued the sun and moon to service. Each runneth unto an appointed term. Such is Allah, your Lord; His is the Sovereignty; and those unto whom ye pray instead of Him own not so much as the white spot on a date-stone.

He merges Night into Day, and he merges Day into Night, and he has subjected the sun and the moon (to his Law): each one runs its course for a term appointed. Such is Allah your Lord: to Him belongs all Dominion. And those whom ye invoke besides Him have not the least power.

That is God, your Lord; to Him belongs the Kingdom; and those you call upon, apart from Him, possess not so much as the skin of a date-stone.

شب را در روز فرو می برد و روز را در شب فرو می برد، و خورشید و ماه را مسخّر و رام کرده است که هر کدام تا سرآمدی معین روانند. این است خدا پروردگار شما، فرمانروایی، ویژه اوست و کسانی را که به جای او می پرستیدید، مالک پوست هسته خرمایی هم نیستند.

شب را به روز درمی‌آورد و روز را به شب درمی‌آورد، و آفتاب و ماه را تسخیر کرده است [که‌] هر یک تا هنگامی معین روانند؛ این است خدا پروردگار شما؛ فرمانروایی از آنِ اوست. و کسانی را که بجز او می‌خوانید، مالک پوست هسته خرمایی [هم ]نیستند.

Allah, geceyi gündüze katar, gündüzü geceye katar; belirli bir süre içinde hareket eden güneş ve ayı buyruk altına almıştır. İşte bu, Rabbiniz olan Allah'tır, hükümranlık O'nundur. O'nu bırakıp taptıklarınız, bir çekirdek kabuğuna bile sahip değillerdir.

Dia memasukkan malam ke dalam siang dan memasukkan siang ke dalam malam dan menundukkan matahari dan bulan, masing-masing berjalan menurut waktu yang ditentukan. Yang (berbuat) demikian itulah Allah Tuhanmu, kepunyaan-Nya-lah kerajaan. Dan orang-orang yang kamu seru (sembah) selain Allah tiada mempunyai apa-apa walaupun setipis kulit ari.

وہ خدا رات کو دن میں داخل کرتا ہے اور دن کو رات میں اس نے سورج اور چاند کو تابع بنادیا ہے اور سب اپنے مقررہ وقت کے مطابق سیر کررہے ہیں وہی تمہارا پروردگار ہے اسی کے اختیار میں سارا ملک ہے اور اس کے علاوہ تم جنہیں آواز دیتے ہووہ خرمہ کی گٹھلی کے چھلکے کے برابر بھی اختیار کے مالک نہیں ہیں

তিনি রাত্রিকে দিবসে প্রবিষ্ট করেন এবং দিবসকে রাত্রিতে প্রবিষ্ট করেন। তিনি সূর্য ও চন্দ্রকে কাজে নিয়োজিত করেছেন। প্রত্যেকটি আবর্তন করে এক নির্দিষ্ট মেয়াদ পর্যন্ত। ইনি আল্লাহ; তোমাদের পালনকর্তা, সাম্রাজ্য তাঁরই। তাঁর পরিবর্তে তোমরা যাদেরকে ডাক, তারা তুচ্ছ খেজুর আঁটিরও অধিকারী নয়।
