Thus have We sent you to a community before which [other] communities have passed on so you might recite to them that which We revealed to you, while they disbelieve in the Most Merciful. Say, "He is my Lord; there is no deity except Him. Upon Him I rely, and to Him is my return."

Thus have We sent you to a nation before which many nations have passed away, that you may recite to them what We have revealed to you. Yet they defy the All-beneficent. Say, ‘He is my Lord; there is no god except Him; in Him I have put my trust, and to Him will be my return.’

Thus We send thee (O Muhammad) unto a nation, before whom other nations have passed away, that thou mayst recite unto them that which We have inspired in thee, while they are disbelievers in the Beneficent. Say: He is my Lord; there is no Allah save Him. In Him do I put my trust and unto Him is my recourse.

Thus have we sent thee amongst a People before whom (long since) have (other) Peoples (gone and) passed away; in order that thou mightest rehearse unto them what We send down unto thee by inspiration; yet do they reject (Him), the Most Gracious! Say: "He is my Lord! There is no god but He! On Him is my trust, and to Him do I turn!"

Thus We have sent thee among a nation before which other nations have passed away, to recite to them that We have revealed to thee; and yet they disbelieve in the All-merciful. Say: 'He is my Lord -- there is no god but He. In Him I have put my trust, and to Him I turn.'

آن گونه [که رسولان گذشته را ارسال کردیم] تو را در میان امتی که پیش از آن، امت هایی روزگار به پایان بردند، فرستادیم، تا آنچه را به تو وحی کردیم بر آنان بخوانی، در حالی که آنان [با روی گرداندن از وحی] به [خدایِ] رحمان کفر می ورزند. بگو: او پروردگار من است، معبودی جز او نیست، فقط بر او توکل کردم و بازگشتم فقط به سوی اوست.

بدین گونه تو را در میان امتی که پیش از آن، امتهایی روزگار به سر بردند، فرستادیم تا آنچه را به تو وحی کردیم بر آنان بخوانی، در حالی که آنان به [خدای‌] رحمان کفر می‌ورزند. بگو: «اوست پروردگار من. معبودی بجز او نیست. بر او توکل کرده‌ام و بازگشت من به سوی اوست.»

Sana vahyettiğimizi okuman için, seni de onlardan önce nice ümmetlerin gelip geçtiği bir ümmete gönderdik; o ümmet merhametli olan Allah'ı inkar eder; de ki: "O benim Rabbim'dir, O'ndan başka Tanrı yoktur, yalnız O'na güvenirim, dönüşüm de O'nadır."

Demikianlah, Kami telah mengutus kamu pada suatu umat yang sungguh telah berlalu beberapa umat sebelumnya, supaya kamu membacakan kepada mereka (Al Quran) yang Kami wahyukan kepadamu, padahal mereka kafir kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Pemurah. Katakanlah: "Dialah Tuhanku tidak ada Tuhan selain Dia; hanya kepada-Nya aku bertawakkal dan hanya kepada-Nya aku bertaubat".

اسی طرح ہم نے آپ کو ایک ایسی قوم کے درمیان بھیجا ہے جس سے پہلے بہت سی قومیں گزر چکیِ ہیں تاکہ آپ ان چیزوں کی تلاوت کریں جنہیں ہم نے آپ کی طرف بذریعہ وحی نازل کیا ہے حالانکہ وہ لوگ رحمان کا انکار کرنے والے ہیں آپ ان سے کہئے کہ وہ میرا رب ہے اور اس کے علاوہ کوئی خدا نہیں ہے اسی پر میرا اعتماد ہے اور اسی کی طرف بازگشت ہے

এমনিভাবে আমি আপনাকে একটি উম্মতের মধ্যে প্রেরণ করেছি। তাদের পূর্বে অনেক উম্মত অতিক্রান্ত হয়েছে। যাতে আপনি তাদেরকে ঐ নির্দেশ শুনিয়ে দেন, যা আমি আপনার কাছে প্রেরণ করেছি। তথাপি তারা দয়াময়কে অস্বীকার করে। বলুনঃ তিনিই আমার পালনকর্তা। তিনি ব্যতীত কারও উপাসনা নাই। আমি তাঁর উপরই ভরসা করেছি এবং তাঁর দিকেই আমার প্রত্যাবর্তণ।
