And it is He who subjected the sea for you to eat from it tender meat and to extract from it ornaments which you wear. And you see the ships plowing through it, and [He subjected it] that you may seek of His bounty; and perhaps you will be grateful.

It is He who disposed the sea [for your benefit] that you may eat from it fresh meat, and obtain from it ornaments which you wear, and you see the ships plowing through it, that you may seek His bounty and that you may give thanks.

And He it is Who hath constrained the sea to be of service that ye eat fresh meat from thence, and bring forth from thence ornaments which ye wear. And thou seest the ships ploughing it that ye (mankind) may seek of His bounty and that haply ye may give thanks.

It is He Who has made the sea subject, that ye may eat thereof flesh that is fresh and tender, and that ye may extract therefrom ornaments to wear; and thou seest the ships therein that plough the waves, that ye may seek (thus) of the bounty of Allah and that ye may be grateful.

It is He who subjected to you the sea, that you may eat of it fresh flesh, and bring forth out of it ornaments for you to wear; and thou mayest see the ships cleaving through it; and that you may seek of His bounty, and so haply you will be thankful.

و اوست که دریا را رام و مسخّر کرد تا از آن گوشت تازه بخورید، و زینتی را که می پوشید از آن بیرون آورید و در آن کشتی ها را می بینی که آب را می شکافند [تا شما را برای حمل کالا، تجارت و داد و ستد جابجا کنند] و برای اینکه از فضل واحسان خدا طلب کنید و [در نهایت] به سپاس گزاری خدا برخیزید.

و اوست کسی که دریا را مسخر گردانید تا از آن گوشت تازه بخورید، و پیرایه‌ای که آن را می‌پوشید از آن بیرون آورید. و کشتیها را در آن، شکافنده [آب‌] می‌بینی، و تا از فضل او بجویید و باشد که شما شکر گزارید.

Taze et yemeniz, takındığınız süsleri edinmeniz ve Allah'ın bol nimetinden faydalanmanız için denize -ki gemilerin onu yara yara gittiğini görürsün- boyun eğdiren de O'dur. Artık belki şükredersiniz.

Dan Dialah, Allah yang menundukkan lautan (untukmu), agar kamu dapat memakan daripadanya daging yang segar (ikan), dan kamu mengeluarkan dari lautan itu perhiasan yang kamu pakai; dan kamu melihat bahtera berlayar padanya, dan supaya kamu mencari (keuntungan) dari karunia-Nya, dan supaya kamu bersyukur.

اور وہی وہ ہے جس نے سمندروں کو مّسخردیا ہے تاکہ تم اس میں سے تازہ گوشت کھاسکو اور پہننے کے لئے زینت کا سامان نکال سکو اور تم تو دیکھ رہے ہو کہ کشتیاں کس طرح اس کے سینے کو چیرتی ہوئی چلی جارہی ہیں اور یہ سب اس لئے بھی ہے کہ تم اس کے فضل و کرم کو تلاش کرسکو اور شاید اسی طرح اس کے شکر گزار بندے بھی بن جاؤ

তিনিই কাজে লাগিয়ে দিয়েছেন সমুদ্রকে, যাতে তা থেকে তোমরা তাজা মাংস খেতে পার এবং তা থেকে বের করতে পার পরিধেয় অলঙ্কার। তুমি তাতে জলযান সমূহকে পানি চিরে চলতে দেখবে এবং যাতে তোমরা আল্লাহর কৃপা অন্বেষণ কর এবং যাতে তার অনুগ্রহ স্বীকার কর।
