وَلَمَّا أَن ﴿٢٢﴾

And when he directed himself toward Madyan, he said, "Perhaps my Lord will guide me to the sound way."

ادب و زهد موسی(ع)

موسی خسته و گرسنه بود و در آن شهرء غریب و تنهاء و پناهگاهی نداشت؛ اما بی‌تابی نکرد. آن‌قدر موْدب بود که حتی هنگام دعا کردن به صراحت نگفت: خدایاء چنین و چنان کن؛ بلکه عرضه داشت: «هر خیر و نیکی بر من بفرستی, من به آن نیازمندم.» یعنی تنها احتیاج و نیاز خود را بازگو کرد و بقیه را به لطف پروردگار واگذاشت. در روایتی از امیرالموّمنین علی(ع) در توصیف زهد پیامبران و بی‌اعتنایی آنها به دنیا می‌خوانیم: «اگر خواهی جز او [- پیامبر اسلام(ص)] به کسی اقتدا کنی, موسای کلیم(ع) را مقتدا قرار ده که گفت: پروردگارا. هر خیر و نیکی بر من فرستی, من به آن نیازمندم. به خدا سوگند. چیزی جز لقمةٌ نانی درخواست نکرد.»

  • شَاكِرًا لِّأَنْعُمِهِ ٱجْتَبَىٰهُ وَهَدَىٰهُ إِلَىٰ صِرَٰطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ

    [He was] grateful for His favors. Allah chose him and guided him to a straight path.

  • يَٰٓأَبَتِ إِنِّى قَدْ جَآءَنِى مِنَ ٱلْعِلْمِ مَا لَمْ يَأْتِكَ فَٱتَّبِعْنِىٓ أَهْدِكَ صِرَٰطًا سَوِيًّا

    O my father, indeed there has come to me of knowledge that which has not come to you, so follow me; I will guide you to an even path.
