And when he directed himself toward Madyan, he said, "Perhaps my Lord will guide me to the sound way."

And when he turned his face toward Midian, he said, ‘Maybe my Lord will show me the right way.’

And when he turned his face toward Midian, he said: Peradventure my Lord will guide me in the right road.

Then, when he turned his face towards (the land of) Madyan, he said: "I do hope that my Lord will show me the smooth and straight Path."

And when he turned his face towards Midian he said, 'It may be that my Lord will guide me

هنگامی که به سوی مدین روی آورد، گفت: امید است پروردگارم مرا به راه راست [که انسان را به نتیجه مطلوب می رساند] راهنمایی کند.

و چون به سوی [شهر] مدین رو نهاد [با خود] گفت: «امید است پروردگارم مرا به راه راست هدایت کند.»

Medyen'e doğru yöneldiğinde: "Rabbimin bana doğru yolu göstereceğini umarım" dedi.

Dan tatkala ia menghadap kejurusan negeri Mad-yan ia berdoa (lagi): "Mudah-mudahan Tuhanku memimpinku ke jalan yang benar".

اور جب موسٰی نے مدین کا رخ کیا تو کہا کہ عنقریب پروردگار مجھے سیدھے راستہ کی ہدایت کردے گا

যখন তিনি মাদইয়ান অভিমুখে রওয়ানা হলেন তখন বললেন, আশা করা যায় আমার পালনকর্তা আমাকে সরল পথ দেখাবেন।
