مِنَ فِى وَإِنَّا عَلَىٰ بِهِۦ ﴿١٨﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

And We have sent down rain from the sky in a measured amount and settled it in the earth. And indeed, We are Able to take it away.

قرآن حکیم (شرح آیات منتخب)

ذخایر زیرزمینی آب؛ نعمتی عظیم برای زمینیان

می دانیم که قشر رویین زمین از دو طبقة کاملاً مختلف تشکیل شده: طبقةٌ نفوذپذیر و طبقةٌ نفوذناپذیر. اگر تمام قشر زمین نفوذپذیر بوده آب‌های باران فوراً در اعماق زمین فرو می‌رفتند و بعد از مدتی همه جا خشک می‌شد و قطره‌ای آب پیدا نمی‌شد» و اگر تمام قشر زمین نفوذناپذیر همچون گل رس بودء تمام آب‌های باران در سطح زمین باقی می‌ماندند و آلوده و متعفن می‌شدند و عرصةٌ زمین را بر انسان تنگ می‌کردندء و به جای این که مایةٌ حیات باشندء مایةٌ مرگ انسان می‌شدند؛ ولی خداوند بزرگ» قشر بالا را نفوذپذیر و قشر زیرین را نفوذناپذیر قرار داده تا آب‌ها در زمین فرو روند و در منطقةٌ نفوذناپذیر مهار شوند و ذخیره کردند و سیس از طریق جشمهها، حامها و قناتها مورد استفاده واقع شوند؛ بی آن که بگندند و تولید مزاحمت کنند یا آلوده شوند. آآب گوارایی که ما از چاه بیرون می‌کشیم و با نوشیدن آن جان تازه‌ای پیدا می‌کنیم» ممکن است از قطرات بارانی باشد که هزاران سال قبل از ابرها نازل شده و در اعماق زمین برای امروز ذخیره گشته است؛ بی آن که فاسد شده باشد. خدایی که انسان را برای زندگی آفریده و مهم‌ترین مایة حیات او را آب قرار داده» پیش از او منابع بسیار مهمی برای ذُخیرةٌ این مادةٌ حیاتی آفریده و آب‌ها را در آن ذخیره کرده است.
