And the example of those who spend their wealth seeking means to the approval of Allah and assuring [reward for] themselves is like a garden on high ground which is hit by a downpour - so it yields its fruits in double. And [even] if it is not hit by a downpour, then a drizzle [is sufficient]. And Allah, of what you do, is Seeing.

The parable of those who spend their wealth seeking Allah’s pleasure and to confirm themselves [in their faith], is that of a garden on a hillside: the downpour strikes it, whereupon it brings forth its fruit twofold; and if it is not a downpour that strikes it, then a shower, and Allah watches what you do.

And the likeness of those who spend their wealth in search of Allah's pleasure, and for the strengthening of their souls, is as the likeness of a garden on a height. The rainstorm smiteth it and it bringeth forth its fruit twofold. And if the rainstorm smite it not, then the shower. Allah is Seer of what ye do.

And the likeness of those who spend their substance, seeking to please Allah and to strengthen their souls, is as a garden, high and fertile: heavy rain falls on it but makes it yield a double increase of harvest, and if it receives not Heavy rain, light moisture sufficeth it. Allah seeth well whatever ye do.

But the likeness of those who expend their wealth, seeking God's good pleasure, and to confirm themselves, is as the likeness of a garden upon a hill; a torrent smites it and it yields its produce twofold; if no torrent smites it, yet dew; and God sees the things you do.

ومثل کسانی که اموالشان را برای طلب خشنودی خدا و استوار کردن نفوسشان [بر حقایق ایمانی و فضایل اخلاقی] انفاق می کنند، مانند بوستانی است در جایی بلند که بارانی تند به آن برسد، در نتیجه میوه اش را دو چندان بدهد، و اگر باران تندی به آن نرسد باران ملایمی می رسد [و آن برای شادابی و محصول دادنش کافی است] و خدا به آنچه انجام می دهید، بیناست.

و مَثَل [صدقات‌] کسانی که اموال خویش را برای طلب خشنودی خدا و استواری روحشان انفاق می‌کنند، همچون مَثَل باغی است که بر فراز پشته‌ای قرار دارد [که اگر] رگباری بر آن برسد، دو چندان محصول برآورد، و اگر رگباری هم بر آن نرسد، بارانِ ریزی [برای آن بس است‌]، و خداوند به آنچه انجام می‌دهید بیناست.

Allah'ın rızasını kazanmak ve kalblerini sağlamlaştırmak için mallarını sarfedenlerin durumu, yüksekçe bir tepede bulunan, bol yağmur aldığında yemişlerini iki kat veren, bol yağmur yağmasa bile çisentisi düşen bir bahçenin durumu gibidir. Allah işlediklerinizi görür.

Dan perumpamaan orang-orang yang membelanjakan hartanya karena mencari keridhaan Allah dan untuk keteguhan jiwa mereka, seperti sebuah kebun yang terletak di dataran tinggi yang disiram oleh hujan lebat, maka kebun itu menghasilkan buahnya dua kali lipat. Jika hujan lebat tidak menyiraminya, maka hujan gerimis (pun memadai). Dan Allah Maha Melihat apa yang kamu perbuat.

اور جو لوگ اپنے اموال کو رضائے خدا کی طلب اور اپنے نفس کے استحکام کی غرض سے خرچ کرتے ہیں ان کے مال کی مثال اس باغ کی ہے جو کسی بلندی پر ہو اور تیز بارش آکر اس کی فصل دوگنا بنا دے اور اگر تیز بارش نہ آئے تو معمولی بارش ہی کافی ہوجائے اور اللہ تمہارے اعمال کی نیتوں سے خوب باخبر ہے

যারা আল্লাহর রাস্তায় স্বীয় ধন-সম্পদ ব্যয় করে আল্লাহর সন্তুষ্টি অর্জনের লক্ষ্যে এবং নিজের মনকে সুদৃঢ় করার জন্যে তাদের উদাহরণ টিলায় অবস্থিত বাগানের মত, যাতে প্রবল বৃষ্টিপাত হয়; অতঃপর দ্বিগুণ ফসল দান করে। যদি এমন প্রবল বৃষ্টিপাত নাও হয়, তবে হাল্কা বর্ষণই যথেষ্ট। আল্লাহ তোমাদের কাজকর্ম যথার্থই প্রত্যক্ষ করেন।
