And the example of a bad word is like a bad tree, uprooted from the surface of the earth, not having any stability.

قرآن حکیم (شرح آیات منتخب)

درخت پلید کفر و گناه

«کلمةٌ خبیثه» به هر چیز خبیث و ناپاک اطلاق می‌شود؛ از جمله به گفتار زشت و ناپسندء برنامه‌های گمراه کننده و غلطء انسان‌های ناپاک و آلوده. بدیهی است درخت زشت و شومی که ریشة آَنْ کنده شده» نه رشد و نمو دارد و نه ترقی و تکامل, نه گل و میوه» نه سایه و منظره» نه ثبات و استقرار؛ قطعه چوبی است که جز به درد سوزاندن نمی‌حورد. در برحی از روایات مطرح شده که دودمان شوم بنی امیه یا دشمنان اهل بیت» مصداق این درخت هستند.

    The example of those who disbelieve in their Lord is [that] their deeds are like ashes which the wind blows forcefully on a stormy day; they are unable [to keep] from what they…

  • سَآءَ مَثَلًا ٱلْقَوْمُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا۟ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا وَأَنفُسَهُمْ كَانُوا۟ يَظْلِمُونَ

    How evil an example [is that of] the people who denied Our signs and used to wrong themselves.
