33

وَلَمَّآ أَن لُوطًا بِهِمْ بِهِمْ لَا وَلَا إِنَّا إِلَّا مِنَ ﴿٣٣﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

And when Our messengers came to Lot, he was distressed for them and felt for them great discomfort. They said, "Fear not, nor grieve. Indeed, we will save you and your family, except your wife; she is to be of those who remain behind.

دلتنگی لوط(ع)

ناراحتی لوط(ع) برای این بود که فرشتگان را نمی‌شناخت. آنها به صورت جوانانی خوش‌قیافه بودند و آمدن چنین میهمانانی به چنان محیط آلوده‌ای ممکن بود برای لوط موجب دردسر و چه بسا آبروریزی نزد میهمانان شود. از این رو سخت در فکر فرو رفت که عکس‌العمل قوم گمراه و ننگین و بی‌شرم در برابر این میهمانان چه خواهد بود. از آیات سورة هود نیز به خوبی استفاده می‌شود که هنگامی که آن قوم بی‌شرم از وجود میهمانان لوط(ع) باخبر شدندء به سرعت به سراغ او آمدند و در نظر داشتند مزاحم آنان شوند. لوط که هنوز فرشتگان را نشناخته بود» سخت ناراحت شد. گاه با توسل به نصیحت و گاه به تهدید و گاه از طریق تحریک وجدان آنها که «آیا یک مرد رشید در میان شما وجود ندارد؟!» و گاه از طریق پیشنهاد ازدواج دخترانش با آنها خواست آتان را از این کار باز دارد؛ اما این بی‌شرمان به هیچ چیز قانع نبودند و تنها به هدف ننگین خود می‌اندیشیدند. در این هنگام؛ رسولان پروردگار خود را به لوط(ع) معرفی کرده, از طریق اعجاز السی, چشمان آن قوم مهاجم را نابینا کردند و آب سردی بر قلب سوختةٌ این پیامبر بزرگ ریختند.
