ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُۥ ﴿٦﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

That is because their messengers used to come to them with clear evidences, but they said, "Shall human beings guide us?" and disbelieved and turned away. And Allah dispensed [with them]; and Allah is Free of need and Praiseworthy.

خداوند بی‌نیاز

در حدیثی قدسی می‌خوانیم: «بندگان من. شما هرگز نمی‌توانید به من زیانی برسانید یا نفعی بدهید. بندگانم, اگر اولین و آخرین جن و انس پاک‌ترین قلب را داشته باشند. ذره‌ای بر فرمانروایی من نمی‌افزاید و اگر اولین و آخرین انس و جنء ناپاک‌ترین قلب را داشته باشند. از فرمانروایی من چیزی نمی‌گاهد. بندگانم, اگر اولین و آخرین انس و جنء در میدانی جمع شوند و هر چه می‌خواهند. از من بخواهند و همة آن را به آنها بدهم, چیزی از خزاین من کاسته نمی‌شود و این مانند رطوبتی است که یک ریسمان از دریا برمی‌گیرد. بندگانم. من اعمال شما را بر می‌شمرم. سپس به شما باز می‌گردانم. کسی که نیکی بیاید, خدا را شکر کند و کسی که غیر آن را بییند. جز خویشتن را ملامت نکند.» در یک تشبیه ناقص» ما همانند گیاهان و درختانی هستیم که خود را در معرض تابش نور آفتاب قرار داده‌اند؛ بی‌آن‌که آفتاب عالمتاب نیازی به آنها داشته باشد.

  • وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُوا۟ لَوْ شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ مَا عَبَدْنَا مِن دُونِهِۦ مِن شَىْءٍ نَّحْنُ وَلَآ ءَابَآؤُنَا وَلَا حَرَّمْنَا مِن دُونِهِۦ مِن شَىْءٍ كَذَٰلِكَ فَعَلَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ فَهَلْ عَلَى ٱلرُّسُلِ إِلَّا ٱلْبَلَٰغُ ٱلْمُبِينُ

    And those who associate others with Allah say, "If Allah had willed, we would not have worshipped anything other than Him, neither we nor our fathers, nor would we have forbidden…

  • مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ قَالُوا۟ ضَلُّوا۟ عَنَّا بَل لَّمْ نَكُن نَّدْعُوا۟ مِن قَبْلُ شَيْـًٔا كَذَٰلِكَ يُضِلُّ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ

    Other than Allah?" They will say, "They have departed from us; rather, we did not used to invoke previously anything." Thus does Allah put astray the disbelievers.

  • إِذْ جَآءَتْهُمُ ٱلرُّسُلُ مِنۢ بَيْنِ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمِنْ خَلْفِهِمْ أَلَّا تَعْبُدُوٓا۟ إِلَّا ٱللَّهَ قَالُوا۟ لَوْ شَآءَ رَبُّنَا لَأَنزَلَ مَلَٰٓئِكَةً فَإِنَّا بِمَآ أُرْسِلْتُم بِهِۦ كَٰفِرُونَ

    [That occurred] when the messengers had come to them before them and after them, [saying], "Worship not except Allah." They said, "If our Lord had willed, He would have sent down…
