47

ٱلْإِنجِيلِ بِمَآ فِيهِ وَمَن لَّمْ بِمَآ فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ﴿٤٧﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

And let the People of the Gospel judge by what Allah has revealed therein. And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed - then it is those who are the defiantly disobedient.

قرآن حکیم (شرح آیات منتخب)

لزوم پیروی از انجیل تا پیش از نزول قرآن

شک نیست که منظور از این آیه این نیست که خداوند به پیروان مسیح(ع) دستور می‌دهد که هم اکنون باید به احکام انجیل عمل کنند؛ زیرا این سخن با سایر آیات قرآن و با اصل وجود قرآن که ظهور آیین جدید و نسخ آیین قدیم را اعلام کرده» سازگار نیست؛ بلکه منظور این است که خداوند پس از نزول انجیل بر عیسی(ع) به پیروان او دستور داد که به آن عمل و طبق آن داوری کنند.!

جوانب گوناگون حکم خدا

شایان توجه این‌که در آیات اخیر(۴۷۶۴۵۰۴۴ مائده) به افرادی که بر اساس آنچه خدا نازل کرده است» حکم نکنندء کافرء ظالم و فاسق گفته شده است. ممکن است این تفاوت تعبیر به خاطر این باشد که هر حکم دارای سه جنبه است: از یک سو به قانون‌گذار (خداوند) منتهی می‌شود. از سوی دیگر به مجریان قانون (حاکم و قاضی)و از سوی سوم به کسی که این حکم در حق او اجرا می‌گردد (محکوم). گویا هر یک از این تعبیرات به یکی از سه جنبه اشاره دارد؛ زیرا کسی که بر خلاف حکم خداوند داوری می‌کندء از یک طرف قانون الهی را زیر پا گذاشته و کفر ورزیده و از طرف دیگر به انسان بی‌گناهی ستم وظلم کرده و از طرف سوم از مرز وظیفه و مسئولیت خود خارج شده و فاسق گردیده است (فسق به معنای بیرون رفتن از مرز بندگی و وظیفه است).
