أَوِ مَّا فَلَهُ وَلَا وَلَا بِهَا ذَٰلِكَ ﴿١١٠﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

Say, "Call upon Allah or call upon the Most Merciful. Whichever [name] you call - to Him belong the best names." And do not recite [too] loudly in your prayer or [too] quietly but seek between that an [intermediate] way.

قرآن حکیم (شرح آیات منتخب)

برای او نام‌های نیک است

در شأن نزول این بخش از آیة شریفه نقل شده که پیامبر(ص) یک شب در مکه در حال سجده بود و خدا را به نام یا رحمن و یا رحیم می‌خواند. مشرکان بهانه‌جو از فرصت استفاده کرده» گفتند: ببینید... این مرد»ء ما را سرزنش می‌کند که چرا چند خدایی هستیم؛ اما خودش دو خدا را پرستش می‌کند؛ در حالی که می‌پندارد موحد است و یک معبود بیشتر ندارد. این آیه نازل شد و به آنها پاسخ داد که این اسم‌های متعددء از یک ذات پاک خبر می‌دهند.

شیوةٌ قرائت نماز

بخش پایانی یه ۱۱۰ به گفت‌وگوی مشرکان مکه در بارة نماز پیامبر(ص) اختصاص دارد و این که می‌گفتند: او نماز خود را بلند می‌خواند و ما را ناراحت می‌کند؛ این چه عبادت و برنامه‌ای است؟! خداوند در این یه به پیامبر(ص) دستور می‌دهد: نمازت را نه زیاد بلند بخوان و نه زیاد آهسته؛ بلکه حد وسطی را میان این دو انتخاب کن. اما حد اعتدال کدام است و «جهر» و «اخفات» که از آَن نهی شده» چیست؟ جهر به معنای فریاد کشیدن و اخفات به معنای آهسته خواندن است؛ آن چنان که خود انسان هم نشنود. از امام صادق(ع) در تفسیر این آّیه روایت شده است: «جهر این است که زیاد صدا را بلند کنی و اخفات آن است که حتی خودت نشنوی. (نماز را) بین این دو حالت بخوان.»
