And remember when He made you successors after the 'Aad and settled you in the land, [and] you take for yourselves palaces from its plains and carve from the mountains, homes. Then remember the favors of Allah and do not commit abuse on the earth, spreading corruption."

Remember when He made you successors after [the people of] ‘Ad, and settled you in the land: you build palaces in its plains, and hew houses out of the mountains. So remember Allah’s bounties, and do not act wickedly on the earth, causing corruption.’

And remember how He made you viceroys after A'ad and gave you station in the earth. Ye choose castles in the plains and hew the mountains into dwellings. So remember (all) the bounties of Allah and do not evil, making mischief in the earth.

"And remember how He made you inheritors after the 'Ad people and gave you habitations in the land: ye build for yourselves palaces and castles in (open) plains, and carve out homes in the mountains; so bring to remembrance the benefits (ye have received) from Allah, and refrain from evil and mischief on the earth."

And remember when He appointed you successors after Ad, and lodged you in the land, taking to yourselves castles of its plains, and hewing its mountains into houses. Remember God's bounties, and do not mischief in the earth, working corruption.'

و به یاد آورید که خدا شما را جانشینانی پس از قوم عاد قرار داد، و در زمین، جای [مناسبی] به شما بخشید که از مکان های هموارش برای خود قصرها بنا می کنید، و از کوه ها خانه هایی می تراشید، پس نعمت های خدا را یاد کنید و در زمین تبهکارانه فتنه و آشوب برپا نکنید.

و به یاد آورید هنگامی را که شما را پس از [قوم‌] عاد جانشینان [آنان‌] گردانید، و در زمین به شما جایِ [مناسب‌] داد. در دشتهای آن [برای خود] کاخهایی اختیار می کردید، و از کوهها خانه‌هایی [زمستانی ]می‌تراشیدید. پس نعمتهای خدا را به یاد آورید و در زمین سر به فساد برمدارید.

Allah'ın sizi Ad milleti yerine getirdiğini, ovalarında köşkler kurup dağlarında kayadan evler yonttuğunuz yeryüzünde yerleştirdiğini hatırlayın; Allah'ın nimetlerini anın, yeryüzünde bozgunculuk yaparak karışıklık çıkarmayın" dedi.

Dan ingatlah olehmu di waktu Tuhan menjadikam kamu pengganti-pengganti (yang berkuasa) sesudah kaum 'Aad dan memberikan tempat bagimu di bumi. Kamu dirikan istana-istana di tanah-tanahnya yang datar dan kamu pahat gunung-gunungnya untuk dijadikan rumah; maka ingatlah nikmat-nikmat Allah dan janganlah kamu merajalela di muka bumi membuat kerusakan.

اس وقت کو یاد کرو جب اس نے تم کو قوم عاد علیھ السّلام کے بعد جانشین بنایا اور زمین میںاس طرح بسایا کہ تم ہموار زمینوں میں قصر بناتے تھے اور پہاڑوں کو کاٹ کاٹ کر گھر بناتے تھے تو اب اللہ کی نعمتوں کو یاد کرو اور زمین میں فساد نہ پھیلاتے پھرو

তোমরা স্মরণ কর, যখন তোমাদেরকে আদ জাতির পরে সর্দার করেছেন; তোমাদেরকে পৃথিবীতে ঠিকানা দিয়েছেন। তোমরা নরম মাটিতে অট্টালিকা নির্মান কর এবং পর্বত গাত্র খনন করে প্রকোষ্ঠ নির্মাণ কর। অতএব আল্লাহর অনুগ্রহ স্মরণ কর এবং পৃথিবীতে অনর্থ সৃষ্টি করো না।
