  • وَكِتَٰبٍ مَّسْطُورٍ

    And [by] a Book inscribed

  • فِى رَقٍّ مَّنشُورٍ

    In parchment spread open

    And indeed it is, in the Mother of the Book with Us, exalted and full of wisdom.
