عَنِ وَلَوْ لَّهُم مِّنْهُمُ ﴿١١٠﴾

Translation

Saheeh International

You are the best nation produced [as an example] for mankind. You enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and believe in Allah. If only the People of the Scripture had believed, it would have been better for them. Among them are believers, but most of them are defiantly disobedient.

قرآن حکیم (شرح آیات منتخب)

بهترین امت

این یه به همه مسلمان‌ها خطاب می‌کند و آنان را بهترین امّتی معرفی می‌کند که در میان انسان‌ها آفریده شده‌اند. روشن است که برتری مسلمان‌ها بر دیگر امت‌هاء به دلیل رواج امر به معروف و نهی از منکر در بین آنها و ایمان واقعی به خداست و مسلمانان تا زمانی یک امت ممتاز محسوب می‌گردند که دعوت به سوی نیکی‌ها و مبارزه با فساد را فراموش نکنند و اگر روزی این وظیفه را فراموش کنند»ء دیگر بهترین امّت نخواهند بود. ممکن است این سوّال به ذهن برسد که چرا در یه ۱۰۴ همین سوره» امر به معروف و نمی از منکرء وظیفةٌ گروه خاصی از مسلمان‌ها بیان شده؛ اما این آیه» همة مسلمان‌ها را مخاطب قرار داده است. در پاسخ باید گفت که أَیةٌ ۱۱۰ به مرحلة فردی اشاره دارد که محدودة آن دل و زبان است و همه مسلمان‌ها در این مرحله موظف‌اند که امر به معروف و نهی از منکر کنند؛ اما برخورد قانونمند با منکرات که گاهی با اعمال زور و قانون همراه استء از شئون حکومت اسلامی و حاکم شرع است و بدون اجازةٌ حاکم شرع» هیچ شخصی مجاز به امر به معروف و نهی از منکر عملی نیست. به هرحال, امر به معروف و نهی از منکرء وظیفةٌ دینی بسیار مهمی است که ضامن سلامت و سعادت جامعه است. امام باقر(ع) در اهمیت این موضوع می‌فرماید: «امر به معصروف و نهی از منکر, واجب بزرگ الهی است که بقیةٌ واجبات به وسیلة آن بر پا می‌شود.ء و به وسیلةٌ آن, راه‌ها امن کسب و کار مردم؛ حلال و حقوق افراد تأأمین می‌گردد و در سایةٌ آن» زمین‌ها آباد می‌شود و از دشمنان انتقام گرفته می‌شود و در پرتو آن» همة کارها سامان می‌یاید.» امام علی(ع) نیز در اهمیت این وظیفة دینی فرموده است: «همةٌ اعمال نیکو و جهاد در راه خداء در کنار امر به معروف و نهی از منکر, چون انداختن قطره‌ای است بر دریای موّاج و پهناور.» باید دانست که امر به معروف و نهی از منکرء هیچ منافاتی با آزادی و اختیار خدادادی انسان‌ها ندارد و در حقیقت ضامن زندگی سعادتمندانة انسان‌ها همراه با آزادی آنهاست. پیامبر اکرم(ص) این نکته را به زیبایی چنین بیان فرموده است: «یک فرد گناهکار در میان مردم؛ همانند کسی است که با جمعی سوار کشتی شود و هنگامی که در وسط دریا قرار گیرد. تبری بردارد و به سوراخ کردن جایی بپردازد که در آن نشسته است. اگر به او اعتراض کنند. در جواب بگوید که من در سهم خودم تصرف می‌کنم. اگر دیگران او را از این عمل خطرناک باز ندارند, طولی نمی‌کشد که آب دریا به داخل کشتی نفوذ می‌کند و یکباره همگی در دریا غرق می‌شوند.» پیامبر(ص) با این مثال جالب» منطقی بودن وظیفةٌ امر به معروف و نهی از منکر را مجسّم می‌کند و حق نظارت فرد بر اجتماع را یک حق طبیعی می‌داند که ناشی از پیوند سرنوشت‌هاست. اطیب‌البیان» چ۳ء ص ۳۱۴ ۲ نمونه ج۳. ص ۵۰ و ۶۴ > **پانوشت صفحه (منابع):** > ۲- نمونهء ج۳ء ص ۵۰ و ۶۴ > **Cited sources** (grade before any load-bearing use): Tafsīr Nemūneh, Aṭyab al-Bayān.
