إِنَّمَآ إِذَآ أَن لَهُۥ ﴿٨٢﴾

His command is only when He intends a thing that He says to it, "Be," and it is.

قرآن حکیم (شرح آیات منتخب)

ارادةٌ خدا - وجود اشیاء
