Then would you possibly leave [out] some of what is revealed to you, or is your breast constrained by it because they say, "Why has there not been sent down to him a treasure or come with him an angel?" But you are only a warner. And Allah is Disposer of all things.

[Look out] lest you should disregard aught of what has been revealed to you, and be upset because they say, ‘Why has not a treasure been sent down to him, or [why does] not an angel accompany him?’ You are only a warner, and Allah watches over all things.

A likely thing, that thou wouldst forsake aught of that which hath been revealed unto thee, and that thy breast should be straitened for it, because they say: Why hath not a treasure been sent down for him, or an angel come with him? Thou art but a warner, and Allah is in charge of all things.

Perchance thou mayest (feel the inclination) to give up a part of what is revealed unto thee, and thy heart feeleth straitened lest they say, "Why is not a treasure sent down unto him, or why does not an angel come down with him?" But thou art there only to warn! It is Allah that arrangeth all affairs!

Perchance thou art leaving part of what is revealed to thee, and thy breast is straitened by it, because they say, 'Why has a treasure not been sent down upon him, or an angel not come with him?' Thou art only a warner; and God is a Guardian over everything.

ممکن است به سبب آنکه [دشمنان] می گویند: چرا گنجی بر او نازل نشده، یا فرشته ای همراهش نیامده؟ برخی از آنچه را به تو وحی می شود ترک کنی وسینه ات [از ابلاغ و اظهار آن] تنگ شود [به سبب موضع گیری های دشمنان از ابلاغ پیام حق خودداری مکن] تو فقط بیم دهنده ای و خدا بر هر چیز نگهبان است.

و مبادا تو برخی از آنچه را که به سویت وحی می‌شود ترک گویی و سینه‌ات بدان تنگ گردد که می‌گویند: «چرا گنجی بر او فرو فرستاده نشده یا فرشته‌ای با او نیامده است؟» تو فقط هشداردهنده‌ای، و خدا بر هر چیزی نگهبان است.

Putperestlerin: "Ona bir hazine indirilmeli veya yanında bir melek gelmeli değil miydi?" demelerinden senin kalbin daralır ve belki de sana vahyolunanın bir kısmını terkedecek olursun. Sen ancak bir uyarıcısın, Allah her şeye vekildir.

Maka boleh jadi kamu hendak meninggalkan sebahagian dari apa yang diwahyukan kepadamu dan sempit karenanya dadamu, karena khawatir bahwa mereka akan mengatakan: "Mengapa tidak diturunkan kepadanya perbendaharaan (kekayaan) atau datang bersama-sama dengan dia seorang malaikat?" Sesungguhnya kamu hanyalah seorang pemberi peringatan dan Allah Pemelihara segala sesuatu.

پس کیا تم ہماری وحی کے بعض حصوں کو اس لئے ترک کرنے والے ہو یا اس سے تمہارا سینہ اس لئے تنگ ہوا ہے کہ یہ لوگ کہیں گے کہ ان کے اوپر خزانہ کیوں نہیں نازل ہوا یا ان کے ساتھ َمُلک کیوں نہیں آیا ...تو آپ صرف عذاب الٰہی سے ڈرانے والے ہیں اور اللہ ہر شئے کا نگراں اور ذمہ دار ہے

আর সম্ভবতঃ ঐসব আহকাম যা ওহীর মাধ্যমে তোমার নিকট পাঠানো হয়, তার কিছু অংশ বর্জন করবে? এবং এতে মন ছোট করে বসবে? তাদের এ কথায় যে, তাঁর উপর কোন ধন-ভান্ডার কেন অবতীর্ণ হয়নি? অথবা তাঁর সাথে কোন ফেরেশতা আসেনি কেন? তুমিতো শুধু সতর্ককারী মাত্র; আর সব কিছুরই দায়িত্বভার তো আল্লাহই নিয়েছেন।
